OK thanks LR2. Very useful to know.

A couple of interesting posts. This one from Adrianz:-

draft, I think that's great news. It was Xerox's Englebart who invented the mouse and windows, but it was Gates and Jobs who had the skills to sell it to the masses. If BG was pushed out then I'm liking TO even more. Feedback has ground breaking products but have lacked a real entrepreneur to take them forward. I'm betting Tom is the man we've been waiting for.

The other is from George (coffeecups)who used to post here:-

Re post #4389 - I don't think so. For some time now the Future Processing team alongside Mike Hayball have been doing the cliff face IT work for TexRAD. Also Antoine Saillant has an important role in 'analysing and assessing new imaging algorithms'. If Antoine remains then, I suspect, so does TexRAD.

Thanks LR2. So is he working in Oldham at the moment?

Recently we've had IQAI get FDA clearance for Stonechecker. Royalties due to Feedback.

Then we hear Imaging Endpoints have patented software that includes TexRAD.

Questions have been asked about both of these yet we only get - let you know in due course answer.

Ganeshan has been the main salesperson around the globe making agreements for TexRAD. I haven't seen anything in the balance sheet to reflect the remarkable software agreements. So have questions been asked? Are the agreements watertight?

This company should have been getting sales and should have a strong balance sheet. So is Ganeshan responsible? He is a very clever person but is he an astute salesperson?

Strange the focus has turned to Cadran. Bleepa and Insight Essentials are the immediate way forward. TexRAD is on the backburner.

My conclusion is that his departure (jumped or pushed?) may very well be a good thing. (note the full stop - statement)

Could this exit be the pre-cursor to the sale of TexRAD? (note the curly thing at the end - question) ;))

Post 4375

Two very good questions. So what are these implications that are so clear to you?

Thanks for letting us know of Ganeshan's tweet in post 4380

"He's not a director, so it doesn't need to be announced."

Who's this between Hayball and Brown?

Well fdbk can't affort to be spending time and money on developing Cadran, TexRad and Bleepa. Got to go for the one that looks like the simplest sell.

He didn't hold enough to have to declare

Something of a surprise. I suppose Future Processing have now taken over the software mods for TexRAD so it must have left Balaji with a less than fulfilling role. Good luck with your next position BG.

I've sold yesterday's 450,000 for a tiny profit

This doesn't feel like good news

I was responding to this

'So why has Business Wire reproduced that article now? Is Warren Buffet interested in Imaging Endpoints and if so is he interested in TexRAD?'

The implication was pretty clear to me.

In post #4360 I said to Duc that there might be a large sell waiting to be shown. Nothing turned up yesterday but we got a 651,991 early this morning. That will likely pin the price at current levels for the moment.

Currently can buy 1.5 mil at 1.0383p on line and small amounts at 1.0115p.

I haven't suggested anything. I'm confused. I'm just asking questions. Thanks for your thoughts.

I don't understand your last statement.

I wouldn't look for the hand of Warren Buffet in any of this

He buys operating companies and has managers to run them. Cant see him using it anyway like you suggest

Any suggestion he did, would damage its reputation

On Monday Feedback announced a licencing agreement with Imaging Engineering a small company run by an experienced couple with large ambition. The agreement is for part of the company that is focused on updating fluoroscopy equipment across the US. Fluoroscopy is a growing market.

On the same day LR2 alerted us to a Berkshire Hathaway bulletin which had reproduced an article on the Imaging Endpoint website. The original article was produced between late November and mid-December. In that article there is specific mention of TexRAD.

So why has Business Wire reproduced that article now? Is Warren Buffet interested in Imaging Endpoints and if so is he interested in TexRAD? The question has been asked to Feedback among several other questions whether Feedback is still in communication with Imaging Endpoints. The only answer I have been given is that Feedback will notify the market in due course.

Interesting times!
