Not a certainty. A load of directors all bought together in Loop at 160p levels.

Few months later they warned and it was 50p

Wait for the cluster of director buys...

fwiw

I think directors not buying doesn't show they are not motivated just as much as directors who buy.
But directors buying in a cluster is a positive indicator for the business itself (not their motivation)

Reasonable point Davydoo. I was going to mention Prof Shaw but he has just over 4M. Prof Irish doesn't seem to have any and CFO only has 1M.

But look at Yump's post:- 'directors bought much lower and I followed'. I've done the same myself and I'm sure others have.

It's usually a good indicator!

Completely agree and its a point seldom made. In larger businesses, there are employees with job, pension and shares all in the same company.

I don't think you need shares to motivate you if you're genuinely interested in your business and entrepreneurial. Salary + success will do.

The only time director buys float my boat is when they are in an unexpected cluster.

eg. NEXS - although that's the only one I've seen recently. (consider that a ramp if you like - possible the share will have a breather now - directors bought much lower and I followed - now awaiting positive results hope).

Martin Sorrell is aged 74 and loaded, Tom Oakley is 31 and probably not

I know you want him invested, but as a financial planner if Tom was my client, and his income and options were already linked to the success of Feedback then that's enough risk. Other capital should not be added to that risk, whatever other shareholders want.

Completely agree. In fact, watch this from 11 mins 20ish - Sir Martin Sorrell interview where he stressed exactly the same.. "and I'm not taking about options". Management "should have something committed to the business" - very very clear that Tom should own shares here bought with his own money. https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/905330/s4-capital-s-sir-martin-sorrell-on-the-power-of-its--faster-better-cheaper--digital-only-model-905330.html

There's been a few 500K buys recently and now the 1M.

Just wondering if we might get an announcement soon about director buying. It would sure give the share price a boost!

Good price for a sale that size if it was a sale.

Online has been 0.9211-0.9699p

But 517k buy has moved it to 0.93-0.98p

As with all shares in these situations. When the first deal is announced every person on twitter will be ramping it and it will go through the roof.

Hoping when they do sign a deal it's a 7am Rns so nobody gets in cheap while mm's are still asleep.

I think Dave's post was more about the tweet from The CCIO of the Northern care Alliance which to me is further good news.

On the other matter, who actually cares?

By the way, as far as I can see hazl actually is a long term investor, but just stops posting when stocks turn sour, although still holding the shares.

Well I hope the share price does well on the merits and progress of bleepa, not on the brown nosed propaganda that oozes out of proactive investors.

Signs of life. I wonder what would happen to the share price if the new team announced a significant share holding?

Lol Ged. I was and still am a LTH. I may sell a few more but will keep a decent holding as I do believe the products have a future. I will buy back when I see our CEO becoming a shareholder.

I don't think there is any assumption in the price that the trial will lead to a sale because its been at this price before Bleepa appeared. So that doesn't make sense.

First of all it has a turnover of about 0.5mln. So its a very small established business with a new startup bit in Bleepa.

So as with anything that is yet to make a profit, the only way of getting a value is probably by market cap. say 5x whatever revenue investors think might appear at some point. Which is by the look of it, what has been the case for ages, without anything taking off.

So you could take the view that its just another go, regardless of what the product is. Or not.

yump

but why should the market cap be £5m when it has become effectively a one product moonshot - the assumption implicit in the current share price is that the Bleepa trial will lead to a sale - a more rational risk-adjusted price would be lower surely?
