In my experience Ged, they try to get them over and done with asap. However it is a chance to put questions face to face, you can gauge their body language and reaction to difficult questions and press them for an answer. I assume AR will be there for the last time!!

I've costed it. Only £80 and fairly quick. The only problem is to keep it cost effective I need to get the train back after 7:00pm. I don't know how long these AGM's last and indeed whether they are worth going to, so I don't know how much waiting around there would be.

I wish I could go Ged. I would have quite a few questions to put. Hopefully somebody here will attend and report back.

If they're going to announce anything before the AGM then they're 'letting it go to the wire'.

Well hopefully when news arrives, it will be promising. Whether after all the time that FDBK has been around, the new news is viewed as better than the past new news, remains to be seen.

Well, if Bleepa is taken up by several Trusts then I think 1p is extremely cheap.
But I do see your point!

Shame how the 'magic' 1p price so often results in a load of people appearing who presumably think a share is cheap just because its 1p.

Huge potential with bleepa and Texrad CZ. Just a little good news on either/both and it's game on!

When I said they'll need cash in the new year I was thinking about March/ April time. Without a contract and a marked increase in income I believe they will need cash. The NHS trials can't come soon enough for fdbk imo. My lowest purchase was about 0.65 or 0.7 and I could be buying there again. GLA

It is ludicrous to even suggest a placing is imminent, almost as ludicrous as some of the nonsense posted on twitter. As Seppin keeps reminding us and as I have previously posted from page 28 of the Annual Report:-

"Following this fundraise the directors updated and reviewed the Group’s business plan and cash flow forecasts and consider that the Group and the Company will have adequate cash resources for at least the next twelve months to 31 October 2020, from existing cash balances."

However it's equally ludicrous to suggest there will never be another fundraise. If you look at the accounts there is not enough money coming in to pay the salaries let alone anything else. They need extra income within months. Without Bleepa contracts, the company will need a further fundraise.

FDBK has a reputation of letting shareholders down. They said in October 2018 they were raising money for a variety of reasons. Only one of those reasons came to pass - vaguely. There is deep mistrust of the management.

The AGM is on Monday and they really need to show us that the new management can be trusted; that they will deliver; that there are signs of contracts on the horizon; that they believe in the company's prospects by buying a substantial holding.

IMO I think they made a huge step in the right direction when they put the new Governance on the website.

They now need to deliver. Just under 7 weeks to year end, so we should get an update on TexRAD. I'd like to think we might get an update about the pilot of Bleepa. Contracts I hope will follow in the New Year.

GL all

You are in no position to comment on the behaviour of others on twitter. A recent post from your Top AIM Stocks handle was liked and RT'd by TEN of your other accounts - HotandColdStocks, Stocktracker12, spurslegend, BrianNimmo, UkSteve, tradinstock, tradingstock, AimShares and your own @smallcappick. So do everyone a favour and do one you absolute tosspiece.

There's definitely a following wind for Bleepa in terms of its applicability and timeliness. Main problem is how much of a headwind there is from the NHS bureaocracy and inertia.

CXC9 - I rang the broker asking to be put on the next placing list - there isn't one.

The broker said "if you want stock you will have to buy on the open market, the prices are very attractive at the moment, they are fully funded for the next year".

I was hoping for a nice opportunity but the Co. now has a level of income stream, is fully funded and contracts are being discussed ....

I bought some more on the open market ... now if the broker had any inkling - any that they could make some money in this market place ( hint look at WH Irelands need for cash injection and raise ) I would have been spoken to, put on a list or taken indoors but I was told very matter of fact, who are you, right, no placing, go to the market very good prices at the moment anyway , right, goodbye.

Wasn't quite that blunt but not far from it.... I asked to be put on the next raising list - there isn't one - Goodbye ....

Hope that helps and personally i've been smashing into 1p .

CZ, that is obviously why insts are shorting ahead of the next fundraise. Increasing cash burn, no sign of meaningful revenue, BOD taking nice salaries and huge options but won't buy stock. Misleading investors. You wouldn't touch it with a barge pole would you? Untill you look at the products and their potential!!
