29/9/2019 21:42 | Apologies thought pk was referring to the millions from the last raise I think its time TO updated the market on his plans for Texrad. | ![]() hope67
29/9/2019 20:51 | All the previous raisings were supposedly for TexRAD. This one was to keep the lights on to see if Bleepa came good. | ![]() lr2
29/9/2019 20:45 | Nope it wasn't raised for Texrad | ![]() hope67
29/9/2019 20:45 | Fundraise Highlights: ? The Company has conditionally raised £2 million (before expenses) through the issue of the 166,666,667 New Ordinary Shares. ? The Placing and the Subscription are subject to, inter alia, shareholder approval at a general meeting of the Company on 29 August 2019. If approved, the New Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to on AIM on 30 August 2019. ? The Placing Price represents a discount of approximately 14.3% to the closing mid-market price of 1.4 pence per Ordinary Share on 9 August 2019. ? The net proceeds of the Placing and the Subscription will be used: o To complete the development of the Bleepa, the Company's clinical messaging product; o To build a Sales/support team to market and onboard users onto the Bleepa product; and o For general working capital. ? The New Ordinary Shares will represent 30.78% of the issued share capital of the Company as enlarged by the Fundraise. Dr Alastair Riddell, Non-Executive Chairman of Feedback said: "I am delighted with the support shown by new and existing shareholders for our new product Bleepa. This is an evolution from Cadran devised and driven by the creativity of our CEO, Tom Oakley, and developed with the assistance of our partners Future Processing. We believe Bleepa is set to transform the outlook for the Company and could change the way medical images are communicated in everyday clinical practice on mobile devices and laptops." Proposed Grant of Options and amendment to EMI Option Scheme The Board believes that it is very important to incentivise key members of the management team. In conjunction with the Fundraise, the Board therefore intends to grant Tom Oakley, CEO of Feedback, options over new ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 2.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital as enlarged by the Fundraise. The grant of options will be subject to shareholder approval at the General Meeting and, if approved, will be granted pursuant to the Company's EMI Option Scheme. The EMI Option Scheme currently contains a limit on the number of options that can be granted in a 10-year period of 10 per cent. of the issued share capital at the time of grant. Including the proposed grant of options to Tom Oakley mentioned above, a total of 9.97 per cent. of the Enlarged Share Capital will have been granted under option in the last 10-year period, of which 2.26 per cent. was issued in the period but subsequently lapsed or were exercised. Accordingly, subject to shareholder approval at the General Meeting, the Board intends to amend its EMI Option Scheme to increase the number of options that can be granted during the 10-year period from 10 per cent. to 12.5 per cent of the Company's issued share capital at the time of the grant. | ![]() hope67
29/9/2019 19:21 | The next time this declines 10%, I expect the clowns to issue a 'no reason for fall' RNS. | petekand
29/9/2019 19:15 | If David is going to give speeding tickets on every 10% rise then I suggest they find a new nomad. | ![]() hope67
29/9/2019 17:45 | Thanks George for your reply and for taking the trouble of contacting Allenby Capital and then sharing with us. Appreciated! This is probably the bloke you spoke to: Edit: Click on David Worlidge Seems qualified enough. I'll bow down to your greater knowledge of Twitter. Anyone would have to be an idiot to invest on the basis of a tweet. Best of luck here. Although the second part was addressed to Botak (you do him a disservice, he has 54 different personalities :-))) I agree with you about TO and RS. If, and it's still an if, Bleepa takes off we'll all be in the money here! Let's see what TexRAD brings. | ![]() ged5
29/9/2019 16:57 | Hi Ged - that posters a P & D merchant imo but if the Nomad was to do that on every pumping/ promoting tweet they would skint the company's they represent. Ged on Friday I spoke to the Nomad as per the last RNS contact details and name listed. - David - nice enough guy, very forthright and stood up for himself, didn't accept he was wrong in the slightest, could or should have changed or amended anything, very much wanted to be given the opportunity to explain to me the difference between a price rise in pennies vs the equivalent price rise expressed as a percentage - think that should tell you all you need to know. Hi Botak - I hoped you would like that one ..... I genuinely don't care what others do here, trade, holding pot and trading pot, whatever pppl want to do never bothers me - right or wrong I really like the idea and T.O and R.S so am in the adding stage, big spike will see me remove some of the seed investment at some stage or hold the lot depending upon future news flow and growth opportunities, as always on AIM, then just happy to sit and hold and watch these boys work. | ![]() georgesorearse
29/9/2019 16:14 | Agree with your initial statement Pete. Have read your post above GED since I posted and you have some valid points too. Anyway its happened lets not worry its in the past | ![]() hazl
29/9/2019 16:13 | Nope not the way I work I like to be flexible. | ![]() hazl
29/9/2019 16:05 | I disagree Pete. I still think it was the combination of the tweets and the 16% rise. That Tweet verged on criminal. It looked and read like a statement of fact. I agree with the second part of your post, and I've addressed that elsewhere, Pete. Have your conspiracy theories if you like and to some degree you may be correct but it can still be argued the Nomad had good reason. Why give them ammunition? Perhaps they should think before they tweet! | ![]() ged5
29/9/2019 15:54 | Well you brought it up so move on. I just made a factual comment. Anyway I stopped at sorry. I'm just savouring it. Best of luck here. My bet is an announcement this week or next. At the bottom of post 2995 I put this:- April to July for the Cadran review. So July to October for the TexRAD review? I didn't put your name in the post so you might not have seen it. Do you have a price target? | ![]() ged5
29/9/2019 15:25 | I understand now, GED, but in fairness you did not mention the IQAI board in post 3310. You did on the post before it seems. So naturally I thought you were referring to FDBK board. I check whenever my name is used on the bbs, but cannot possibly read every new post, on every board, of any shares, that I'm interested in ....sorry. Having said that, it really isn't important in the big scheme of things and perhaps we can move on. I hope that Bleepa might just be the next to produce news. Who knows? | ![]() hazl
29/9/2019 15:12 | On Friday there were 12 companies that hadn't issued an RNS but rose by 10% or more. I have listed them here with the NOMAD (except DKE where it's the broker) and the approximate time of the rise ALTN VSA Capital up most of day but after 2:00 CLON Strand Hanson up from 2:00 CGNR Allenby Capital up just before 4:00 LME Cairn Financial Advisors but have Peterhouse as broker Before 10:00 AXM Cairn Financial Advisors before 10:00 Had an announcement on 25-9-19 CIP Strand Hanson Limited up over 20% just after 11:00 NET FinnCap Limited up about 10% about 1:30 Had an announcement 25-9-19 INTO No available information PHD Finncap Limited up over 10% just after 11:00 FLX Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited, Nomad and Joint Broker up just over 10% at 9:00 DKE Peterhouse Capital Up about 10% just after 2:00 So there were other companies with more than 10% rises but no "speeding ticket" There were some when the rise was early enough to give a statement. So was the Nomad correct in making the Statement re share price? Technically they should all have done. So why FDBK? Conspiracy theories about the company or Nomad to try to suppress the SP? It just didn't make sense to me. I think this is culprit: tradinstock @TradeInStock247 Sep 27 #FDBK #IQAI mkt not getting it yet they use our techno -Texrad technology that is used by StONECHECKER of IQAI.This has just been FDA hxxp://approved.In other words Texrad has actually been FDA approved by default today! rns later or MONDAY IT IS WRONG TO MAKE MISLEADING/INCORRECT COMMENTS TO INFLUENCE THE SHARE PRICE That tweet was clearly wrong and misleading. Any comments? | ![]() ged5
29/9/2019 14:41 | Could we keep it to FDBK please? | ![]() ged5
29/9/2019 14:30 | Afternoon Ged, good to see your posting. As I said earlier your contribution to this thread in invaluable for the investing community. All the very best. | seppin
29/9/2019 14:27 | Yea! Ged's back. That's worth a 16% price rise. | ![]() lr2
29/9/2019 14:15 | Good to see you back Ged5, now anice positive announcement next week will make us all happy. Stonechecker for me is an aside, doubt there will be much in it for FDBK, let’s concentrate on Bleepa and TexRAD. | ![]() bobd29
29/9/2019 14:00 | Thanks George for post 3280. Who did you speak to and which establishment were they from please? | ![]() ged5
29/9/2019 13:56 | Many thanks Ducatiman and all those who PM'd me. I just needed a little break. Talking of which I'll be in Anglesey this week. There are some very compassionate people posting here. | ![]() ged5 |
