Bigbangs on LSE is talking about their additional 2m purchase at these levels only 'slightly' reducing their average price. That suggests a significant holding already.

I don't fully understand placings, and how, and when, as a prospective investor you are committed.

Assuming this has been a week or more in coming, and with the price rocketing up to 2p and the prospect of Bleepa, perhaps they were offered sizable stock at 1.8p, or even 2p, that they could never buy in the open market

But at what point do you say yes ok, and are then committed, versus when they've had time to raise enough, and are then ready announce, during which time price could've moved either way

All just speculating. but anyone know? I've never taken part in one.

Sonie, you see it, I see it, most shareholders see it, however!

I agree DC the company should come out with such a statement. Surely if bleepa is a paid monthly subscription then the money would be coming in on a monthly basis so why the need to dilute? A bank loan or overdraft facility would be suffice. Still think this will be a multi bagger, just have to get the orders in!

Appreciated , coincidentally I was only discussing data breach with someone after watching " The Great Hack "

Dress it up as you wish but the company has been legged over by the insts. Short selling ahead of a placing, then leaking info to bring the share price down in order to get the placing price as low as possible. It would be great if the Co' came out with a statement saying we have sufficient cash for now and will await bleepa rollout before making a decision on wether funding will be required. Wishful thinking!

anyone tried the NHS app?

I've just signed up, its funny, because it has a little blue box titled 'feedback' permanantly showing on every page.

Interesting post
Are we looking at a Health System that supported financially by an " all comers " buy up on patient data by private Medical Institutions stealth wise ?

Davy

There is no data protection its a facade. Cameron handed over NHS hospital patient records to the predatory US corporations that want the NHS. Think of all those 100's of millions of data losses there have been in past years.....oops.... we are so sorry....it won't happen again.... we were hacked......

Through a back door that's always built in. That's the whole agenda of this industry,

Yes it's all well and good making bleepa look like the obvious choice for the NHS but if the launch (and pre-orders) are only 3 weeks away why do they need money? Surely the app development work is nearly complete and paid for. Is the money to give them a bigger financial cushion and the appearance of greater stability? As I'm a relative newbie I'm not as weary of their behaviour but I understand the gripes of botak et al.
