02/8/2013 12:14 | I thought about 75% of the 131 million shares in issue is in the hands of major shareholders so thought there would be at least a few million shares still available? | treacle32

02/8/2013 12:02 | Individual Savings Account | tara7
02/8/2013 11:52 | What does ISA stand for tara? There doesn't seem to be much of a free float and any rises may exceeds expectation due to that. | treacle32
02/8/2013 11:49 | ISA Monday could send this nuts.! | tara7
02/8/2013 11:41 | Broken 50 day moving average today since end of 2011, last time we did the price flew to 2.50p. | treacle32
02/8/2013 09:38 | Spread bit wide at the moment, maybe continue rising slowly next week. Certainly poignant breaking 0.50p and some point coming to more than fair valuation of 1p in its current status. | treacle32
02/8/2013 09:15 | Agreed and at todays price investors have rather a lot to go for. | tara7
02/8/2013 08:53 | Well I think the board and previous board have all bought heavily at some point in time between 1.25p - 2.00p in previous years. Substantial holdings do exist and I suppose they would go at similar prices for any new investors looking at acquiring shares too before any reverse takeover. | treacle32
02/8/2013 08:42 | The very reason they have sold the land and trading company.!! | tara7
02/8/2013 08:33 | The plan is for the directors to get their money back. This is what they need.!!! They know what they are doing.!! Feedback is pleased to announce that it has raised GBP272,500 (the "Subscription") through the issue of 21,800,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a subscription price of 1.25 pence per share (the "Subscription Shares") to certain Directors of the Company, Institutional and other investors. | tara7
02/8/2013 08:30 | 0.40 - 0.60p, 1 v 2. | treacle32
02/8/2013 08:27 | 0.35-0.55p, 2 v 1 on Level 2. Seems just 2 MMs interested with SCAP bidding at 0.35p and offering at 1.25p. | treacle32

02/8/2013 08:16 | Tara - been looking at shells again having successfully picked out PMA and ZOL (remains of FPS) many years back). I don't think there are any better placed than Feedback with hard cash of a sizeable amount at priced at less than market cap. Don't know what could be in offering in the computer & software services sector but seems the chairman has some knowledge in this field. | treacle32
02/8/2013 08:11 | Spot on with your views Treacle32. You are buying free cash the clean listing is a gift. | tara7
02/8/2013 08:10 | Tara having read Treacle's posting I wondered why you have made such a prominent statement which implies more than Treacle's pronouncement | vatacarma
02/8/2013 08:09 | 0.35-0.50p, 2 v 1 on Level 2. | treacle32
02/8/2013 08:08 | I've bought some this morning having done my research this week. IMO consolidation over past 3 months is nearly complete and ready to break-out over 0.60p (break the 50 day MA) having touched 1 pence at the end of May. Last time the price was above 50day MA was Spring 2012 and the price went onto 2.50p - providing a bullish surge. IMO fair value of 1 pence before acquisition/reverse takeover news strikes which they seem to be active on since mid-May 2013. Current cash of £740,000 having completed the disposal along with clean balance sheet. £300-600K AIM listing value and IMO 1 pence per share at current state would value at £1.31 million with 131 million shares in issue which seems to be more than appropriate if not 1.25-1.50p. Seems these sorts of stocks are in favour at the moment but with this stock there's hard cash too and a sizeable amount along with half the price to what it ought to be in its current status. A nice acquisition could provide a re-rating to 2.50-4p (previous highs), and maybe even initial spikes way beyond with not many shares in free float with the sizeable holdings (70.35%) I believe owned by individuals on the board and who were on the board. DYOR as always. | treacle32
02/8/2013 08:06 | Buy on the open this morning.!! | tara7 |
