He only has 1 million shares. There were around 500k sells yesterday and over 600k today. You can't blame all sells on him.

Furthermore, MMS have been bidding volume since yesterday, so Crabb won't find much difficulty selling his minuscule amount.

Market is clearly awaiting the next bit of positive news before finding direction.

Maybe David Crabb had other views in the direction Feedback should take and decided to move on, could have been an approach and a fall out between interested parties. Must have been something for him to move on so early. Not trying to raise a pump and dump scenario just a thought !!

I see what you mean. Still, even 150M shares at say 2.5p will raise £4M and surely be enough to last 12 months or more to swing the company into profitability IMO. And an extra 50% shares (maximum) is not excessive compared to many AIM minnows which double their shares in issue every 6 months at lower and lower prices LOL Feedback have good prospects.NAI

GE Healthcare is a strong possibility - India at the forefront as per the April RNS

and China too via Boya Digital Technology (Beijing) Co Ltd, the approved vendor to General Electric Co's Healthcare subsidiary in China.

That's what I thought. Thank you for that wonderfully simple explanation and calculation method LR2. Ten out of ten!

Now the thing is they will never be able to place such a number in a run of the mill placing so my favourite remains the board bringing in a key strategic investor (such as a GE) to moon-shoot the company to the next level. Either way there has to be some significant news first!

Pete, you are right. The key is 'nominal value' and the nominal value of each Feedback share is 0.25p or, as it was known in my youth, a farthing.

Resolution 1a.
Raise funds to an aggregate 'nominal value' of £234,680. At nominal value per share of 0.25p you get 400 shares = Nominal £1. So to raise nominal value £234,680 you must multiply £234,680 x 400 = 93,872,000 shares available in placing.

Resolution 1b.
Nominal value £469,360 x 400 = 187,744,000 shares in placing but reading Special Resolution 2 then nominal value £140,808 will be rights issue. So £140,808 x 400 = 56,323,200 shares available to existing shareholders as a rights issue.

Hope that makes sense.

These legal documents are designed to be difficult to understand. In this day and age it should be mandatory to spell out everything in simple English. Surprised it wasn't issued in Latin just to make things really tricky to get to grips with.

No you are reading it wrong it's a third of the issued shares i believe.

This is needed to pursue the growth opps that await and I have no problem with that if objectives are met. News first though please.

Thanks LR2. So only an extra £700k-odd in authorities? That's not very much in the scheme of things. Encouraging... not only because it will be modest dilution, but also because means the company don't think they need a lot more cash to deliver their strategy!I might buy a few more if I get the chance... :-)NAI

Depends how much they need. £3M at say 2.5p would be no huge deal in the scheme of things, if it took the company through to profitability in their new strategy over the next 12 months. How many shares did they ask for authority for at the GM remind me? They didn't provide details in the RNS and I can't find the circular on their website.

Well I came back on board with a few this afternoon. They have essentially said there'll be a placing at some point, but I can't see it being below 2p, and quite possibly around 2.5p - 3p or more if we get some decent news flow going. The changes in the board seem positive with some top people on board.NAI GLA

Here is the confirmation.

FDBK closed down 6.38 percent on Friday, July 20, 2018, on 3.32 times normal volume. It was able to bounce off of its 200 day moving average, an important long-term support line. The price action carved out a bullish hammer (or hammer-like) candlestick pattern. That may indicate an upside reversal. Look for price to trade above the high of the hammer for confirmation.

How am I supposed to buy?

I was just going to say that the bid is currently higher than the mid price and there is very little offered.
