Don't think a placing is absolutely imminent so depends on newsflow between now and the placing to gauge the price.
For some further perspective, the Merck COO and the now non-exec director here acquired 500k at 3.5p a couple months or so ago and then
a further 1 million at 1.9p a few weeks back.
Company also awarded the board millions in options at 1.87p at the end of June.

I believe the massive overhang was mostly responsible for holding value back following CE approval, global distribution deals including with GE, a new heavyweight board and most importantly a big step into commercialisation of products.

Let's see.

Am tempted to come back in here. But didn't the RNS of 7th June indicate that it was likely that the company needed to do a placing to raise cash for expansion? Unless there's some clear evidence that the placing will be at a higher price, I can't see the benefit coming back in until it's done? Personally I would think 2p is an obvious place where they might seek to raise a few million quid to take the company into its new future. 2.5p tops maybe?

Fdbk needed a much better CEO than Crabb to match the credentials of the new board and I think they soon realised.

Anyhow, fantastic prospects now with the closure of an overhang on Friday that was possibly the biggest overhang in the company's history.

If the price starts to finally respond to the significant market opportunity which awaits this company then look for a doubling in value for starters.

FDBK closed down 6.38 percent on Friday, July 20, 2018, on 3.32 times normal volume. It was able to bounce off of its 200 day moving average, an important long-term support line. The price action carved out a bullish hammer (or hammer-like) candlestick pattern. That may indicate an upside reversal. Look for price to trade above the high of the hammer for confirmation.

Well I picked an initial batch up today in late afternoon trading and I'm pleased I held out from yesterday when they wanted 2.5p. I will be looking for more next week.

I made the same mistake of thinking DC had no shares but someone pointed out that he took 1 million at 1.25p in the placing back in March. Nothing to be concerned about.

Just catching up, afternoon trading looks ok to me. Well spotted on the 9111 trade LR2 though I doubt TB has been holding us back recently. Good to know he is history though. Looks like he sold at the bottom too, obviously hoping his last knife thrust would weaken the SP, it didn't. Upwards and onwards. Crabb had not bought any shares, Sturge has in quantity, he remains! Some deadwood cleared out imo. GLA, duc.

Well, the way the offer has just shot up, I believe LR2 is correct and if the weight of his selling is done then watch this bounce back to the highs.

A very interesting observation LR2.

Is he really gone then? If so, why has there been no turnaround in the price and why no real rush to buy here? Surely, such an overhang to now have gone should see a surge?
