Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

Further to its announcement on 31 July 2020 FBD Holdings plc ("FBD" or the "Group") is delighted to announce that Tomás O'Midheach will join the Group on 4 January 2021 as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of both the Group and of FBD Insurance plc. Paul D'Alton, current Interim Chief Executive Officer, will resign as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of both the Group and of FBD Insurance plc with effect from the same date.
The Chairman, Liam Herlihy, said:

Mr Tomás O'Midheach resigned as Executive Director of AIB with effect from 4 November 2020.
This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 6.1.64 of Euronext Dublin's Listing Rules and Rule 9.6.11 of the London Stock Exchange Listing Rues. The Group confirms that there are no further matters requiring disclosure under Rule 6.1.66(1)-(6) of Euronext Dublin Listing Rules/Rule 9.6.13 of the London Stock Exchange Listing Rules.
