18/1/2016 20:05 | Icebreaker 18 Jan'16 - 18:25 - 760 of 763 0 0 Should we be concerned that Harry has neither been added to the company's web-site nor Companies House register? >>>>> Only if FAST issue an RNS saying he's NOT a Director. FAST would have to issue an immediate RNS if a Director resigns, or otherwise leaves. | papillon
18/1/2016 19:16 | Hi risk 1 The last annual return is made up to 20 December and Harry wasn't appointed until 21 December, so its right that he has no mention there. However, I would have expected to see a filing on Companies House by now for his appointment as a (NE) director. Definitely nothing on the web-site. I have tried sending mails to the company in the past (as well as phoning them) and frankly its hopeless. Lets hope he didn't get cold feet! Best wishes | icebreaker

18/1/2016 17:16 | Actually, JacksonBollacks, the PoO had already approximately halved (to circa US$60) from it's 2014 high (US$115) when you posted your bullish view on FAST's then O&G assets!! "they had a good investment in tendrara which fell through their fingers". What TOTAL BOLLACKS you post! If they had continued with their "Tendrara Lakbir Option" it would have taken their cash and what would "Tendrara Lakbir" now be worth with oil under US$30. "If cathal was such a visionary why pay well over the odds for his shares. A man of his calibre should have been able to negotiate a bit better" Again TOTAL BOLLACKS as usual from you. He needed to buy that large stake to ensure he could convert FAST from an O&G company to a biopharma. The sellers had him over a barrel so managed to extract a significant premium to the cash value per share. | papillon
18/1/2016 13:38 | JacksonPollack is obviously NOT as visionary as CF, bigdavewave, if this post is anything to go by as it shows he was still bullish on FAST's then O&G assets even after CF suggested exiting the O&G sector! LOL. Jacksonpollack 17 Dec'14 - 07:46 - 3786 of 5063 0 0 Not a bad collection of investments. Check out their latest company and investments presentation on the fastnet website. It has certainly out and doubts in my mind to rest, not that I had many to begin with. 18/1/2016 13:25 | "Remember the reaction in late 2014 to the suggestion that CF wanted to move out of oil and into biotech? With hindsight, I'd call it visionary." Definitely visionary, bigwavedave, to want to exit the O&G sector back then. Move over, Mystic Meg, you have competition! LOL. Only time will tell whether he was just as visionary in his decision to move FAST into biopharma. Looking at the FAST chart a further drift down, in the absence of news, seems possible. The 200 day EMA is currently just above 2.50p. A possible bullish Cup & Handle pattern is forming on the chart though a close below 2.45p would negate that. It's impossible to predict the direction of the FAST share price from charts because it's news driven and who can tell when news will be released and it's likely content? Though it's cash balance does provide support. | papillon
18/1/2016 13:00 | Good point, Soul Limbo. I continue to hold FAST, but IMO it's a gamble; a gamble that CF & HS can make good use of FAST's cash. | papillon
17/1/2016 21:41 | and if they dont acquire anything this year.. cash balance will be lower this time next year.. and you'll be expressing your hindsight wisdom once more | soul limbo
17/1/2016 21:33 | cash balance was higher in 2015 | jacksonpollack
17/1/2016 21:20 | jackson... its at cash value so you have the option to liquidate in the same manner as if they had liquidated as you say back in late 2015. | soul limbo
17/1/2016 20:13 | With hindsight I think the best option for fastnet was for it to have dissolved in late 2015 and handed cash back to shareholders instead of drawing it out and changing to fastnet equity. Since that decision the share price has drifted down and down. | jacksonpollack

15/1/2016 10:39 | He definitely knows how AIM works. FAST is not the only AIM company he has founded. | papillon
14/1/2016 19:52 | Well looking at the 6 month chart FAST is anything, but boring. It looks like shareholders have been riding on the big dipper. Up to 3p from 2p, then back down to 2p, then up again to 3p. Where's it going now? Another big dip? I wonder if the 200 day EMA will act as support, or is it back towards 2p? | papillon

12/1/2016 23:32 | Patients are for hospitals, though maybe not today with doctors strike. 5 mths is being patient. If you draw a wage each month you have to justify it and I don't think cathal has. Bringing Harry onboard is good but not quite carling. An insight into his work load over the five months would be good. I have to justify why the company I work for should pay me each month. Why should cathal be any different. | jacksonpollack
12/1/2016 21:45 | Oh okay JP Try and be a little more patient who knows one day? | risk1
12/1/2016 20:59 | Not on about HS | jacksonpollack
12/1/2016 18:32 | JP what is HS drawing in salary? Tia | risk1 |
