One question if I may, why have the miscellaneous liabilities gone up in the accounts by about 16 Mill on last year?

I think risk1 is spot on. Perhaps they need their money, our money and the listing to raise further funds. Maybe it's much bigger than we think.

They might want to use the listing to raise funds hopefully with a rights issue

Icebreaker,

Consilient and KRKA have been awarded £27m after Astra Zeneca lost their appeal against the award, having wanted a permanent injunction against C&K's generic version of Nexium.

I just have the feeling that Harry Stratford, who is an NED on both boards, wants to turn Consilient into a much bigger outfit. I guess you could argue that they don't need our money. Then again, they might, depending on what they had in mind..... I can't add any more than that.

I too have 3 spread bets on this. My latest yesterday was at 2.807 (DFB). Fortunately my first two are in the low 2's.

Is Consilient a fit with the comment re Harry Sratford being useful in the search for speciality and orphan drug related outfits?

Orphan drugs seem risky which doesn't quite fit with the investment policy?

Or maybe i don't understand the concept of orphan drugs?
