23/4/2023 15:40 | MesIt comes to whether you believe the BoD now . We know his track record has been poor for years There are so many times you can blame something or someone else He is weak and delivering projects , particularly in a country which he seems to have so much experience | jailbird
23/4/2023 15:25 | When you say “it’s certain”, do you mean that? I’ve perhaps been lucky in that I’ve only been following this company from late 2020 but even over that short timeframe it would be hard to deny it has repeatedly disappointed when it comes to delivering on timetables and commitments. So it’s wise to be sceptical when management promise anything will change, or happen on a certain timeframe. But the last RNS on 30 Jan did specifically signal there was a change to the concentrate supplies in mid January, so there has to be at least a chance in my view that 2023 will be a better year. Unless you know for fact it can’t be? | mesb48
21/4/2023 21:00 | Megaman2 and all may bang the drum about vrfb etc but if the current plant is loss making then the share price is going to get hammered. Bearing in mind if FAR doesn’t generate any free cash flow from this plant then the expected fcf is in 2026 at the earliest. | ttlance
21/4/2023 16:08 | Mesb48 - I think it’s certain that the current plant isn’t operating profitably due to restricted supplies. | ttlance
21/4/2023 14:34 | feels to me like the chart is bottoming. Just hoping no more project delays come out the woodwork in the next announcement. It's not just Vision Blue who will be keen for this to succeed. Management have more than average skin in the game. | mesb48
21/4/2023 05:09 | Vision blue have just raised another $650 mill. They have only made 5 investments so far this being 1 of them . Imo they wil be keen to see it succeed. They have the money and connections to make this happen . I'd sold out here but I'm coming back in . Invinity have just won a 30 mwh contract and there are others to follow . Vfrbs have already taken off in china the west is following . | megaman2
18/4/2023 22:10 | VBR has raised US$650 million to support companies | driver101
12/4/2023 22:24 | I see on LinkedIn a new mine project director has been brought in, who must now be settled in, having started 7 months ago. Looks like he has some really good experience and knowledge, so looks promising. To me that shows there is some level of commitment from senior management. | ttlance
12/4/2023 22:13 | AGMs are in Guernsey, never been there let alone attended one of FARs AGMs. Let’s hope there’s some good news on the current plant to stop any further shareholder dilution. I’m basing calculations on 1 billion shares in issue at the point of phase 1 being operational (that’s as long as NB hasn’t made a complete mess of things). £75m fcf should give 75p per share during phase 1, equating to a dividend yield of 10% which is about right. Phase 2 therefore providing £300m fcf and 300p share price. Funds from phase 1 would be used for the development of phase 2, so shouldn’t require any dilution. | ttlance
09/4/2023 17:30 | Oh ok it is that Wilo , yes he tends be in the know about certain things | jailbird
08/4/2023 18:33 | He/she posts a lot about STCM so seems well up on goings on in country. Was just trying to tease out to better understand the connection. Never mind. If you look at the recent trades, and ignore some I think obvious bed and breakfast type transactions, a fair chunk of volume has gone through as uncrossing trades directly on SETS at 9.5p. Someone clearly selling with gusto still but there’s a buyer with equal conviction at that level. If and when that selling stops, could be interesting. | mesb48
08/4/2023 18:13 | With 6M$ of 9p warrants plus the 9p share rights of vision blue & the 25p 30M$, I think the company needs to make 6M$ earnings to bond finance the other 60M$ phase 1 cost. I am assuming the 25p rights will be used later but a 9p placing will be needed and have a target of 30p post financing but who knows. We need to convince NB to be active on twitter so we can see what's going on. At least then he'll have credibility, now all we get are censored directors talk interviews and not a lot of updates. Anyone ever been to an AGM? They're in jersey aren't they? | t_headder
08/4/2023 08:35 | See Wilo never came back to you Take that with a pinch of salt then | jailbird
07/4/2023 22:24 | Still invested here but can’t help but think NB will mention the following: 1) RM supplies have been sporadic and are in limited supply 2) The RMs that have been supplied haven’t contained the right metals, I.e nickel. 3) delays with drilling due to contractor being slow. However, wait for it, it will be mentioned that the H2 will be a lot better! 2023 was planned to generate $10m fcf, if they break even then I will take that. | ttlance
07/4/2023 19:26 | Yes, sense of smell, congratulations on selling at a profit before it generating an over 4X return for you had you held. We must certainly need your advice as it will make us all rich. Do you do your research on the throne, you seem like a king ?! Might as well cash in my lot on Tuesday and find something on twitter 'thats getting ready to ?'. | t_headder
07/4/2023 07:11 | Isn't there supposedly a multi-run test update due with the consumption rate of acid and recovery rate of metals. Also a resource update for ob1 with hopefully an update on the 'pilot plant', turning from chalk to cheese perhaps. | t_headder
06/4/2023 16:27 | We are due some news in the coming weeks. Will NB drop a big stinker, that is the question... | ttlance
30/3/2023 11:31 | wilo, mind me asking how you know about the visit? | mesb48
28/3/2023 06:32 | Probably gonna make a decision on whether to stay invested or get out So far NB has conned him too and mad himself a few quid | jailbird
28/3/2023 01:16 | Sir Mick Davis the Chairman is visiting for 2 days | wilo101
16/3/2023 14:26 | MesAt the current price , sub 10p . Maybe worth investing but I need to see if new timelines will be met or pushed back again I rather buy these 5p higher than find out further dilution is needed It is a gamble with NB in charge | jailbird
16/3/2023 11:46 | First invested in this in late 2020 - thought I'd hold forever after the VB financing news but eventually had to bail out completely before it sank through 20p. Lesson learned. JB was right with his scepticism! But think it's getting interesting again below 10p. If the $10m free cash flow target for the existing operation can be taken at face value, potentially this supports most of the market cap - so the "big project" is just option money. Feels like I'm nearly back where I started so taken a small new starter position. Regional conflict clearly a risk but hopefully Xi will keep Putin at distance in this case. | mesb48 |
