28/11/2022 13:06 | This info is out of date Not worth buying in yet . Any near term good will get sliced by recent places of funding anyhow Might get OB1 drilling study results soon but not big news or unexpected surprises Consequently, the drilling programme has been expanded to cover ore bodies (OB) 2, 3 and 4 as well as OB1 in order to provide enough reserve to feed the Phase 2 expansion for a targeted 20 year mine-life. The Study is now including all aspects of Phase 2 although the second phase will be announced later than Phase 1. The Phase 1 study is expected to be completed on the previously announced timetable by around the middle of 2023. | jailbird

11/11/2022 15:58 | In the absence of any actual bad news, we must be due a little run soon, just based on the chart and the wider market bounce. There's no risk of needing a placing for a good year now. I'm hoping to see some positive news on the small plant and drilling progress this side of Xmas as well.I've probably jinxed it now LOLGLA NAI | cyberbub
28/9/2022 06:49 | It could be consents were not authorized and we know the BFS has not been completed These conditions were not met for the subscription terms Further investment rights to VBR of up to US$9.5mVBR has also been granted rights, at its election, to acquire up to a further US$9.5m of shares at the Issue Price of 9p per share through the extension of the CLN or issuance of Shares by the Company (the "Further Investment Rights"), based on the following terms:a) Up to US$7.0m within a 3 month period following the later of the receipt of certain consents in Kazakhstan and Admission ("Further Investment") b) Up to a further US$2.5m after completion of the FS ("FS Investment") In the event that VBR acquires the full US$9.5m of shares under the Further Investment Rights outlined above, a further 75,819,248 shares will be issued to VBR and VBR's shareholding would increase to 91,781,196 shares in FAR, equating to a final investment shareholding of 21.29% of FAR's enlarged total issued share capital at that time. | jailbird
27/9/2022 21:04 | The quantity (39,243,021 shares) equates to £4.7 mill having been purchased at 12p, very odd as VBR had the option outstanding to purchase at 9p | ttlance
27/9/2022 20:05 | (Alliance News) - Vision Blue Resources holds 17% stake in Ferro-Alloy up from 10% as of Sep 23 | ttlance
26/9/2022 21:20 | There was another interview last week on directors talk. hxxps://www.director For the existing plant, it mentioned waiting for a couple of extra bits of kit and resin. The kit must be capex to improve the process so my instinct is the resin is the main blockage, Maybe that previously came from Russia and the new supplier can’t meet all the needs. Who knows. | mesb48
23/9/2022 19:51 | I'm on holiday so not been able to look in much. I agree that NB is now 'on notice', Mick Davies will be frustrated. However I read from the results statement that there are just a couple of supplies need to come in, before the pilot plant is (finally!!) in full operation? This sounds plausible to me, and can be achieved in the next 2-3 months hopefully. COVID is starting to wear thin as an excuse I agree, but there are still supply impacts especially if involving the foolish ongoing lockdowns in China. The pilot plant is crucial to ensure that the project can keep the lights on in terms of cashflow ie. no need for further placings before the main funding round. I note that VBR are still intending to invest their original amounts at 25p and 75p though. I imagine this will probably be amended downwards at some point. However the key point is that the vanadium is still there, it's super cheap, and needs modest capital investment.... So as long as the project does move forward (and I doubt VBR will simply walk away personally) then LTHs will be well rewarded in time IMO. | cyberbub |
