05/1/2024 13:45 | It won’t take much for FAB to fly, surprised we retraced so much after the NCI agreement | cbeadle
05/1/2024 13:35 | Nice move up, chart looks perky and set for a decent rise. | simonsmithiv

26/12/2023 21:28 | hxxps://youtu.be/8y_ Watch the investor presentation where CEO talks around this. The NCI partnership is cash neutral but fusion have agreed NCI can retain the antibodies they are targeting. Key thing is the company have agreed the limited set with the NCI, they can also work on these with clients and they are happy they have not lost anything. The key thing for the company is the validation by the world leading research agency of their world first prototype technology. Aka if they are succcessul then the technology is proven at zero cost to fusion and will be highly attractive in the market and likely that NCI will wish to continue to use on a fee for use basis(or buyout) on the other side | gtc1508
23/12/2023 12:33 | A date for your diaries and a chance to meet the company management if you in or around the London area on January 11th: | timbo003
23/12/2023 12:17 | Anyone here with solid research can you tell me in layman's terms in relation to the NCI collaboration what they mean by the statement:- “The validation will be run at NCI's laboratories by their staff and antibodies identified pursuant to the Agreement would be retained by NCI” So are they saying, here is our catalogue of antibodies, take your pick, NCI then spend a couple of years R&D on them against diseases they are working on finding cures for, NCI if it goes well find that antibody 1234 is effective against X and on result, it validates that FAB have a useful catalogue of antibodies but the antibody 1234 that works in this example is retained by NCI for drug dev to commercialisation? I’m struggling to work out how FAB would financially benefit here in the event of success? If this was a license deal they would get milestone payments? In this example it looks like NCI get the catalogue for nothing but obviously have cost to R&D with it but it’s retained by NCI on success ??? Anyone care to enlighten me what I’m missing here? | porky9

12/12/2023 10:02 | Definitely be a placing, however the company will try and hold off until it gets a contract and a spike in share price | wj12

11/12/2023 12:34 | And down she goes again . Not looking very good for the rampers. Unfortunately when funding is a major concern shares will drop until finances are sorted . | bones698
08/12/2023 10:49 | Well FAB is all paid for, and not on leverage. I will take my chances here in riding them out. In the meantime a share that you will love is My Health Checked. They have 5m in the bank adding interest and a huge range of Covid products that are sold in boots and on Amazon etc. I think MHC is the safest share I hold. | luckyabbeygale
08/12/2023 10:46 | Last week I sold ENET at 200 profit at 1.5p. Only hours later I could of had 600 more profit if I sold at 1.95p, and now they are 1.2p to sell. Same with Future metals two weeks ago. I sold at 2.8p and made 250 profit and then they went to 3.3p to sell and now just 1.5p. Therefore I understand what you mean about GDR. I have a talent at spotting them but bad timing as a trader. | luckyabbeygale
08/12/2023 10:37 | luckyabbeygale, Look back at the chart for FAB. Can you see that massive fall in the share price in May? From c. 40p to about 6p? That coincided with this RNS when the 5p placing was announced: It's unlikely that the next placing will have such a huge discount. But it's also unlikely that FAB will make it through 2024 without yet another placing. If you disagree then buy, it's your choice and the decision is solely down to you. JakNife | jaknife
08/12/2023 10:29 | What about POLX since some traders refused to buy in after a great rns at 5.5p yesterday, because they need to raise funds. I bought at 5.5p and sold too soon at 7p and now they are 8p to sell and rising. These placing fears have cost me a lot more profit in both GDR and in POLX. Why should I make the same mistake again in FAB?. | luckyabbeygale
08/12/2023 10:06 | luckyabbeygale, Well done on making a quick profit on a scalp trade. You appear to be referring to this post: ==================== luckyabbeygale, "I missed the rise and was worried the sells start coming again. Therefore I only bought 200 pp at 6p and now I wish I bought a lot more." You'll get the chance to buy a lot more at a lot lower, the accounts note that they expect to place in Q1. JakNife ==================== This comment was based on the words in GDR's accounts: "The Group and Company does not currently have sufficient cash resources to continue as a going concern during the forecast period due to the time expected to be needed to gain commercial traction in its revenues. Therefore, the Company will need to raise further equity, or other funding, in early 2024 in order to continue as a going concern. The forecasts prepared by the Directors include a plan to raise additional funds from equity investors or debt providers in early 2024 to allow the Company to continue as a going concern." [my bold] see: Q1 is a period of time that starts on 1 Jan 2024 and ends on 31 March 2024. I will entertain complaints about my post above at the end of Q1. In the meantime I wish you a joyous Christmas! JakNife | jaknife
08/12/2023 09:48 | JakNife you told me GDR will be a lot cheaper soon due to a placing. I bought at 6p and I sold at 6.75p. Now they are 9p to sell. Lesson learnt that FAB will be doing a Gene Drive and putting them placing idiots to rest. | luckyabbeygale
