It's better to stay with the FAB's board that said the fund is enough to carry them through to BE. They certainly know more than you guys, and should have learnt their lessons. When the news of another deal hits the market, it could quadruple the share price in a day.
You never anticipated the NCI deal, likewise you don't know what's coming next.

I suggest that they may never be able to raise again. When the pot dry's up, someone might pick up the dregs on the cheap - maybe Paul Warwick will be able it make an offer if he has some spare cash to pick the whole thing up, so he gets anther shot at it.

Must admit unless they manage to sign some decent deals they will be raising cash in the next few months for sure . Even with a big contract which hasn't arrived and is never guaranteed until it's signed the cash position is precarious and the longer they leave it and closer they get to running out of cash the worse the raise will be for investors ..
The mkt cap is minimal just over a million leaks anything decent could see this rocket but the odds of that are slim and it's this price for a reason.
I'll wait for news and financing before even thinking of investing here it's just very very high risk

Jak the Jackal, the lone wolf; always looking for sheep to carry to his handlers.
I knew you from the late 90s and early 20s. You need to change your ways, stop misusing your forensic accounting experiences and invest in dividend-paying FTSE 100 companies. Good luck and happy Christmas

LOL daniel - his warnings were spot on when the nasty Paul Warwick was trying desperately to shore up his position by ramping this and saying he was getting his friends to buy even when it bounced to 95p, as I think he must have swallowed hook sink and line what the previous Board of Directors feed him.

I never like to see Private Investors make losses but in his case I have no sympathy at all, due to his actions.

I have not followed it closely since they did the raise at the huge discount after the first profitable bounce, while warning this share is a dog.

Still if you to have taken the bait, I hope you will not get hurt if and when the hook bites.

daniel,

You most certainly don't know me, back in 3676 you posted:

"He works for certain brokerage firms seeking to undermine companies by depressing the share prices; in the hope of getting cheap shares after front-selling. Check out his history with many companies. He is a scammer that manipulates unseasoned PI's."

Which was a slur that you made up.

FWIW I've spent the last 30 years of my working history being an actuary, an investment banker and then Chief Financial Officer of a small software business. I have now retired.

And this evening I am now going to retire for Christmas dinner with my favourite broker in the Long Room.
If anyone else is going please come and find me on Sara's table!

Clocktower, you don't know Jak and his handlers. I have known him for 20 years. There is no fact in what he says, it's twisted

JakNife does not need to try to depress the share price the facts alone do that.

If you ignore the facts and want to ramp this dog like WTP did to try to support his own loss making position, you are likely to end up all the poorer, like he found out when he pumped the FAB share.🤣315;

Good luck though.

Hey... that's deflection. You are a spiv on Aim. You are here trying to depress the share price while your handlers are begging FAB to take funds. Stop the nonsense. There will be no more fundraising, Full Stop!

LOL!

Things must be pretty desperate if all of the Square Mile gang are being thrown at FAB.

Don't listen to Jaknife. He works for certain brokerage firms seeking to undermine companies by depressing the share prices; in the hope of getting cheap shares after front-selling. Check out his history with many companies. He is a scammer that manipulates unseasoned PI's.

You can see him targeting fundraising but totally ignoring the OptiMal Collaboration agreement. That's the usual pattern. But you wander where the donkey had been when the share price was much higher.

I am looking to invest in this company, but his presence is depressant to the share price.

gtc1508,

"Broker note published on 13 November by Allenby said the following:"

That note was published three weeks before the interims came out. Take a look at the forecast at the bottom of the first page. Can you see the cash that they forecast at March 2024 is £248k?

Do you think that they would stick with that forecast given that the interim results show cash at 30 September 2023 was just £487k?

FAB burnt c. £200k per month in H1 so the idea that they'll only burn c. £240k in ALL of H2 is laughable. That's not even enough to meet the plc costs!

Broker note published on 13 November by Allenby said the following:

“Fusion maintains it has a cash runway of at least 12 months to November 24. Our modelling with both lower sales and some reduced costs would seem to support this. “

Seems they have made further workforce reductions to cut costs further.

Cash position at 30th sept 2023 was GBP0.5 million - does anyone know what fab's monthly cash burn is off the top of their heads?

It's better than sitting on a 96% loss like that donkey Paul Warwick.

Those who bought at 4.3p like I did earlier will be sitting on over 100 percent gains this time next week.

Interesting but seems on a knife edge . Needing to raise cash again soon and revenues falling not increasing. . Desperately needs a big deal bug they are hard to come by and can take many months to negotiate which isn't fast enough for these . I like the tech but not the position the company are in cash and revenue wise . Big gamble on them securing a big deal which has very low odds . Plus the size of such a deal os likely to be small given the size of fusion .

Possibly worth a play with gambling money but otherwise risky as hell

Easy to talk the talk but to deliver is another matter. When the CEO took over he talked the talk but then (as we had expected raised BUT at a massive discount)soon need funding.

Why partner when you can buy it for a song?

Thankyou for that. I have only ever bought shares with them online, and I never had tried to phone them up.
If I had more confidence and phoned them up, and asked for a buy order of a stock in grey then it sounds like I maybe in for a chance to get hold of that stock.

I wish I tried that with Enet when they was 0.25p to buy. As IG had stopped dealing in them, and I am not sure about spread x since I never had an account with them at that time.
