As I understand it, they have to RNS for anything that might materially affect the share price

So with their revenue as it is, I reckon anything 100K upwards. So not exactly a stream of RNS's so far. I'm sure they would like to boast about 100K in any case, whether its material or not.

I agree in that they have a big hill to climb. There are no Broker forecasts on Stockopedia, they at least need the 'runrate' to be break-even.

As far as I'm aware contract RNS only have to be issued if it effects forecasts out in the market. I'm unsure of the exact criteria where there are no forecasts.

If they are correct about breakeven by EOY then the contracts will have to come thick and fast over the next few months to balance out the loss over the first 6 months. Imo that means RNSs will be need to be issued over the coming 3 months.

Yep that's the risk. Sub 4.5 a good buy in price but with the risk of unreliable management... some visibility on SaaS product needed.
