NEW YORK, Aug. 28  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ACM Managed Dollar Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE:ADF), a registered closed-end investment company, today announced earnings for the third quarter ended June 30, 2009.

Total net assets of the Fund on June 30, 2009 were $103,415,519 as compared with $111,613,687 on March 31, 2009 and $143,276,086 on June 30, 2008.  On June 30, 2009 the net asset value per share was $6.82 based on 15,166,366 shares outstanding.
