19/6/2014 11:33 | Read the "Columbus Post" for their take on this situation. | imperial3
19/6/2014 11:10 | That's the issue and the reason for the depressed share price, these types of cases have been brought against other similar companies in the US to no avail. When uncertainty exists such as this the shares are often hit hard until the result, normally on which the shares are repriced accordingly. So a positive outcome and a 15% overnight re-rating possible. | 2ngh
19/6/2014 11:07 | We have not got the outcome of the hearing yet.Until we do,we are clouded by uncertainty. | imperial3
19/6/2014 10:56 | It looks like the news has been fully priced in, it's lost 15% since the filing in early may, havent got the current Mcap figures to hand but the drop will be a significant amount wiped from the valuation. | 2ngh
19/6/2014 09:57 | Have googled this 2NGH,further info available from an American newspaper. What I find particularly irritating,is that the company had not informed shareholders that this action had taken place. The first I knew of it,was from this board, and that was well after the share price had taken a beating.Obviously,I knew there was something wrong, but I did not know what.If the company is confident of the outcome, why not come out in the open and reassure shareholders? | imperial3
19/6/2014 09:37 | Will have a look and add it later imp. If it break 1010 and holds we could see 1050 before XD next week. | 2ngh

18/6/2014 14:04 | Nice pressure building here, need a break of 1010 area to see higher. | 2ngh
18/6/2014 09:47 | Inaccurate credit reports impacting the individuals ability to obtain credit / loans etc. 15% wiped of the Mcap since the may filing in Mississippi. As mentioned above they disagree and intend to defend themselves. Upside is 15% overnight on successful outcome. | 2ngh
18/6/2014 08:18 | Hmm what is the background to the case ? | robrah
17/6/2014 16:16 | I thinks it's just the looming court cases and the uncertainty surrounding it. The company have stated they will defend themselves vigourously and believe the lawsuits are not based on facts and they have acted accordingly. If this is the case and nothing comes of the lawsuits then it will be a rapid return to 1250-1400, basically overnight. | 2ngh
17/6/2014 16:00 | Been holding these for many years,in fact, when they demerged from GUS.Have seen splendid growth from then, but the last year or so have seen a retrenchment, and have been wondering how long this will last. There have been no announcements from the company, that there are problems(if any). | imperial3 |
