16/8/2018 11:41 | An example of some silly statements made by “experts” ‘Business Insider” That’s right, folks. Our own Dan Former was unimpressed with the iPad’s features, predicting it was “not the company’s next huge growth story.” He has since clarified his position, and admitted that he was wrong about the sales prediction. As he he points out, “a lot of people were way wrong about that”. (This was on the Business Insider’s web) How about: InfoWorld (Dec 2009) “Why Apple’s rumoured iTablet will fail big time”. LOL There were equally dire prediction on the iWatch. I have not seen any evidence that VR is dead, quite the contrary!! | adventurous
16/8/2018 11:18 | You used a naughty word Jak. I thought you didn't like them. I think you and Kreature are getting rattled. Have you noticed all the new Melody fans who have come on here - talking sense? | birtwhistle
16/8/2018 08:21 | And watches lots of TV, lol | dogrunner11
16/8/2018 07:54 | JakNife - What we are getting from you, is that you are not interested in VR concerts. | adventurous

16/8/2018 05:10 | terrific........YouT YouTube: "If music is your thing, you’ll be able to tag along backstage with Portugal. The Man and Hayley Kiyoko as they prepare to go on stage, and get a behind-the-scenes look into the lives of some of our other favorite musicians through the VR180 Rockstar VR series." | kreature
15/8/2018 22:39 | Kids play games, when they gone bed adults can watch a concert live. Maybe kids will watch a concert instead of going to ones like what happened in Manchester, safely first. Wait and see eh. I am buying one for this exact reason. Might bin it after a first go, but then I might continue using it, who knows. What I do know is kids today ain’t interested in telly, an iPad or iPhone that was slated at launch are now rgm preferred method of tv, who’s to say that this isn’t the new choice of watching a concert that many would otherwise never attend. Fact is you are just here as a pawn in an otherwise larger boys play, you feeling used yet, you should be. | dogrunner11
15/8/2018 22:23 | Probably the first thing you do with your Oculus VR headset is land a spaceship on Mars, then you buy RUSH and fly a wing-suit down a mountain, then you fly the Apollo 11 mission. But standing in a warehouse listening to music is probably rather low on the list of user priorities. Why stand still in a concert venue, when you can VR skydive with your own music in the background ? IMO | kreature
15/8/2018 22:06 | Jaknife Wait until a big act becomes available on VR later this year, it’ll be like the Nintendo Wii all over again, everyone saying it won’t succeed but in reality (no pun) it’ll appeal to a much wider audience then ever expected. Just takes that moment of magic, it’s comkng. Good luck. | grandmasterglitch

15/8/2018 21:31 | Sky business news was great. We have definitely got the right man for the Job. Will be adding a few more in the morning. | sunnybeachboy
15/8/2018 20:44 | Listen to the sky news interview, you might learn something. Exclusive agreement with venues is priceless in this field. | dogrunner11
15/8/2018 20:20 | multiples of free add up to nothing though, and even the free is getting diluted by other/new offerings favoured by Oc still around 10-20 times overvalued IMO - ATB | kreature
15/8/2018 20:16 | What the de-rampers aren’t getting here is the business model. We have agreements with the artist studios for production, so no worries on that front, sure it’s not exclusive but that is because it would be madness for the studios to do so. What we do have is exclusive rights to the venues, more to come. Think about it, agreements in place for artist and exclusive rights with venues, nobody else can produce VR content for any artist at NEC, Alexander Palace and more to come. Want watch a concert of say Britney Spears at NEC, you watch it on MelodyVR who have exclusive rights. That’s what you call good business, tie up the venues and get the studios onboard. Massively undervalued, get one big artist this Christmas period we could be looking at a million subscribers worldwide, more if it’s likes of Rolling Stones or similar. Adele would bring in millions worldwide, it’s not impossible. As for boxing, I’d be signing up in the morning if that happened, football or formula 1, the possibilities are endless. | grandmasterglitch

15/8/2018 18:32 | Hideous valuation and for that reason I'm out Lol | turbotrader2
15/8/2018 18:30 | Not an investor in EVR yet, but watching. Some good news re deals to stream live concerts... forget the VR Element, I'd pay to watch a sold out concert at home with my mates if it were live, surely whilst VR catches up having the deals to stream live shows would generate income...Also sold out sports events, I pay £20 to sky, I'd pay a lot more if I could watch a boxing match live in VR.. | chrisan101
15/8/2018 16:24 | You know how others will say:you cannot buy how much can others sell! | costax1654x |
