26/1/2018 11:42 | So for clarity you are saying they are awarding new warrants at 1.5p or similar prices and not notifying the market Jak? I can't believe that, do you have proof? I thought all those reported by people last night dated back to before the first deal was struck with universal? | trumpingtonsmythe
26/1/2018 11:11 | So were any of the 125,000,000 placing shares forward sold ? and if so, when did the forard selling begin | kreature
26/1/2018 09:42 | Potter your BS posts are getting so boring now!! Do you genuinely have nothing better to do - surely you need to pop out to collect your dole money at some point? | bobby1904
26/1/2018 09:36 | I thought Elton John was "launching" this Business's primary Services the other evening ? When's the Launch ? What's the Plan ? Do typical VR Headset owners have any regular, long-term interest in watching old footage of myriad musical artists on a massive scale ? Does the Market really exist ? | pottermagic2310
26/1/2018 09:07 | Sorry folks, they are not here. When the 'panic' .25p drop didn't materialise they moved on to the next target. | trumpingtonsmythe
26/1/2018 08:49 | Jaknife quite right to point out the warrants - all to insiders who will know what is going on with EVRH. Amazing then that they don't all cash in and flog now.... ....or just maybe they think it's worth hanging on in there? | igbertsponk
26/1/2018 08:49 | Looked at this board this morning and noticed a high percentage of nay sayers that I am ignoring:) For inspirational and informative news on this share get yourselves over to lse and check out Oracle and the Baker:) | ch1rp
26/1/2018 08:14 | So if you bought before the historical warrants were awarded you bought at less than warrant price and could react when awarded. If you bought after the share price exceeded the warrant price you knew they existed. So everyone has already reacted to it so it's a non-story? Hardly a warrant printing machine recently it's just because of the very healthy share price rise the warrants are now very attractive to exercise.Or are you saying they are continually awarding new warrants at 1.5p but not RNSing it which would upset people? | trumpingtonsmythe
26/1/2018 07:26 | I am lurking hold. About 200k shares. Just haven't seen need to post yet. Warrants as overall pc not an issue. | meganxmas
26/1/2018 07:23 | Who had 'it's about the warrants' in the sweepstake! What drop in share price will there be today as a result of you gents turning up on an empty BB and co-ordinating some posts on warrants? Before I get called malicious it's your right and I have no issue with it as it seems factual if a little hysterical.Seriously | trumpingtonsmythe
25/1/2018 22:43 | Following the warrant exercise, the number of warrants outstanding is as follows: Number Exercise Price Expiry Date ------------------ --------------- ------------- 14,932,042 1.4p 31 July 2018 51,294,234 1.1p 16 May 2019* 21,561,866 1.85p 16 October 2019 9,230,180 1.2p 31 July 2020 So a price much lower than the current share price | hywel
25/1/2018 22:42 | Not according to the RNS, and the updated figures are now : 14,932,042 @ 1.4p by 31 July 2018 51,294,234 @ 1.1p by 16 May 2019 21,561,866 @ 1.85p by 16 October 2019 9,230,180 @ 1.2p by 31 July 2020 | dsct
25/1/2018 22:27 | Correct me if I'm wrong.... but the good thing about the warrants is that they are probably exercisable at a price much higher than the current SP, so I really don't see what there is to worry about. | kreature
25/1/2018 22:19 | Saw that. They've only 6 months until the remaining 14,932,042 warrants expire, so looks like there will be an extra £209k to spend. With today's funding, perhaps they're using it to buy a VR headset to test the new app ;^) | dsct
25/1/2018 17:51 | Fake news, lol, I'm supposed to be trump not you! | trumpingtonsmythe
25/1/2018 16:15 | Go on then - flash away. | igbertsponk
25/1/2018 15:57 | Which bit do you disagree with? | igbertsponk
25/1/2018 15:22 | Jaknife never reveals his strategy... except its bleedin obvious he's trying to discourage people from buying and encourage current investors to exit stage left. | igbertsponk |
