So for clarity you are saying they are awarding new warrants at 1.5p or similar prices and not notifying the market Jak? I can't believe that, do you have proof? I thought all those reported by people last night dated back to before the first deal was struck with universal?

Jaknife quite right to point out the warrants - all to insiders who will know what is going on with EVRH. Amazing then that they don't all cash in and flog now....

So if you bought before the historical warrants were awarded you bought at less than warrant price and could react when awarded. If you bought after the share price exceeded the warrant price you knew they existed. So everyone has already reacted to it so it's a non-story? Hardly a warrant printing machine recently it's just because of the very healthy share price rise the warrants are now very attractive to exercise.Or are you saying they are continually awarding new warrants at 1.5p but not RNSing it which would upset people?

I am lurking hold. About 200k shares. Just haven't seen need to post yet. Warrants as overall pc not an issue.

Before I get called malicious it's your right and I have no issue with it as it seems factual if a little hysterical.Seriously, can I find out what traffic there is on here anywhere as I am genuinely interested in how many read it cos it seems empty most of the time?

Correct me if I'm wrong.... but the good thing about the warrants is that they are probably exercisable at a price much higher than the current SP, so I really don't see what there is to worry about.

Saw that. They've only 6 months until the remaining 14,932,042 warrants expire, so looks like there will be an extra £209k to spend.

With today's funding, perhaps they're using it to buy a VR headset to test the new app ;^)
