Unfortunately all what this company does is raising funds. So far there were able to to that with a declining share price. Next round of raising funds will be at 1.75p providing they will find investors willing to buy some junk at 1.75p. Why 1.75p cause last fund raising was around 3.5p and each around the share price decreased by 50% in comparison to previous round.
Who cares about this decline in value? Obviously the share holders. Who doesn’t obviously The bods as they still manage to deposits handsome amount of monies in their bank account while slightly depleting their holdings.
AM is useless. SH we dont know...since he doesn’t come out with any bombastic declaration about what the company is going to do.
Whatever AM said in previous RNS worth nothing because it never materialized. Clearly he is a waste of space and should be kicked out the sooner the better. And BTW, expect nothing from the coming AGM. If anything the Share price will continue to drift.

Ch1rp,

Some comments:

1. The music licences alone are worth over 25p IMO.

- How can you ascribe a value of >£400m to licences which, based on the interim results only generated revenues of £128k.

2. Warner and Sony are investors with options at 15p

- Noted.

3. John Gore billionaire invested £5m and formed joint venture to stream theatre and has invested as 15p he controls Broadway

- JGB's investment decision is entirely rational, they want to sweat their assets i.e. selling Broadway content to MelodyVR.

4. Netflix paid $25m to stream Bruce Springsteen concert from broadway... Look what we have access to..... Serious revenue upcoming. Musicians and artists make their chunk via performances. Without attended concerts, this is now their only real source of decent revenue for the year and beyond until social / public gatherings are reinstated and permitted. And then there’s the planning and infrastructure... VR gigs will dominate 2020....

- To be clear ~$20m was paid to the artiste and not specifically for the VR streaming rights.

5. US funds have invested significant sums and at a strategic level .. Like Davis Capital LC...

- For a fund that is worth ~$1.3B, an acquisition of 10.68% in a ~£110m company is not a significant a sum.

6. Melody meet with FB and are so familiar with him they refer to him as Mark in RNS 7 melody vr have a viewer coming to market

- I am unaware there has been any announcement that FB have renewed the licensing agreement with MelodyVR that expired earlier this month.

8 live venues in london la and new York yet to be announced ... we know details are fourthcoming, perhaps we hear today!!!??? We know news is coming.

- Still TBC.

9 huge revenue potential through 2020 due to national and international lockdowns and restrictions on mass public gatherings.

- Lockdown has been a unique opportunity that MelodyVR has to date failed to really exploit. The commentariat see the lockdown restrictions as being relaxed very soon and with it MelodyVR will have appreciably more competition for consumers’ leisure-spend.

10. Brands can advertise and reach huge audiences and can quantify exactly how many see their adds

- This applies to all outlets.

11. Cashed up

- Noted.

12 . melody said 2020 will be bigger. Is this the start, commercial share price movement is suggesting...

- We await the numbers.

13 huge user reach viral marketing

- This is not unique to MelodyVR

14 largest vr music library –

- Noted.

15 voted by Apple as app of the day and google as a rising star - both have previously bought their nominees.

- Noted – but also not bought nominees.

16 Apple are moving into Vr Apple do music

- Apple with its purchase of NEXTVR for ~£80m will be MelodyVR’s direct competitor.

17 nasdaq could be on the cards - Given strong American investment and shareholding’s could be a given we have a placing on that huge US Market!

- TBA!

18 billion dollar company? I think so...

- Based on the revenue of £128k in the interims this is a risible suggestion,

19 telco signed up - Awaiting news of a possible US contract....

- Given the current poor revenues / interest, why would another TelCo sign up?

20 Nikki lambert CMO... she monitored Spotify...tied up their via subscription model very possible given her links and melody have said subscription coming

- By way of example MelodyVR has < 100k downloads on Google Play Store where’s the meaningful interest that’s been generated?

21 02 have 25m U.K. users / tv advert now

- Given the poor interest why would O2 consider extending their agreement?

22 melody said more telcos to come.... US telco will happen no doubt ... guaranteed revenue in the millions in the US.

- As above.

Much as that would be nice, there's too much to look forward to:Of all the positives and things we to look forward to.....1. The music licences alone are worth over 25p IMO. Melody have been on a land grab and have seemingly it all at their exclusive finger tips, we have clearly most of not all the largest companies tied up into Melody VR.... 2 Warner and Sony are investors with options at 15p 3. Do you know, as a serious investor in Melody VR plc, I take great pleasure from now on in muting your input thq. Monday, means a date in the not too distant future when the first independent live gig by Melody VR appears. This is on the brink of superstardom. These people know exactly what they are doing, and if the technology is there they will use the current crisis to their advantage. Sales of Oculus are on the move, they have contracts with EVERYBODY and EVERYBODY is going to want to do concerts in VR. Just because it hasn't happened yet, and good old impatience abounds on AIm, means nothing. This industry is moving towards a real tipping point. You trolls can hang around, but you are about to get blown away :)))

You spoke too soon Jak. The offer is now above the placing. The share price was always going to drop initially.

The placing is not being underwritten, so it is likely already done and dusted.

A US broker involved, US dollars, and probably new US investors. None of which is surprising as most of Melody's activities are now over there.

For investors in any relatively new tech, most of us know that things are advancing all the time.
These advancements are inter-related and correlate well with each other' much of the time.
This year....depending upon politics.... we will see 5G being rolled out in various different places.
THIS is what will set fire to many different new and exciting companies.....particularly perhaps EVRH.

What do we rely on for this sort of technology to work?
Precision and location amongst many things.
What are Apple developing in their most up to date phones....just that!

I do hope it's only investors reading this.
I want anybody else to be caught out as the technology continues to improve along with the share price!

'Think about it. For AR to work and overlay virtual elements on the real world, knowing the exact location of other people, devices and things within your home or office environment is crucial.

“The U1 chip could really enhance AR and VR, because your location matters a lot,” Feibus tells us. “Some gaming systems, for example, have elaborate tracking setups which precision in-device tracking could simply and cheaply replace.”

But how would this work exactly? Roemmele believes it’s the U1’s mapping abilities that could prove to be huge for AR.'

A couple of years ago there was a none-investor!, who talked down EVRH, thought they sold VR headsets, and said they had no products said they would get nowhere etc.. It had to be pointed out to this very active (non-investor) poster that they owned Melody, they had products such as VR videos and that they didn't manufacture VR headsets!

This 'poster' doesn't appear to understand why young risky businesses would spread their risk with other investors, in the hope that they will eventually succeed. Although bearing in mind the poster's lack of knowledge from the start, one does wonder what exactly motivated that person in the first place, there has to be a very strong motivation, to be consistently forecasting failure, week-in week-out!!

Many years ago Netflix had a meeting with Blockbuster, Netflix said they wanted $50m for their business, the Blockbuster directors laughed them out the door. However, check out how much Netflix is worth today, compared to Blockbuster (I think they still have one store left!). If there was anyone who should have predicted the future, Blockbuster should have been top of the list - I guess some people have better vision, the others follow the Jak!

Can anyone guess who that none-investor was/is and still continues to spend an enormous amount of effort to downplay the ability of EVRH to make an eventual success?

Only real investors will understand what today's news signify. Who will pay more than 3x the value of a share when they can simply buy it cheaper? I have been waiting to see what what have happened with regard to these options. The RNS has now assured me that my money is where it is supposed to be. I'm waiting for the multiples which I think will soon come.

Except in the case of forum rampers, who lap up marketing gumph :-).
