10/12/2005 20:24 | Hi HB, Thanks for your insight as usual. Sab. | rsabatini
10/12/2005 18:58 | Hi, Sab, I fear the chart of EVC is likely to go down more before it recovers. The shape suggests 130-140p area will be visited quite soon. Basically, I think that the periods between announcements will usually produce a downturn as science-based pharmecuticals are entirely dependant on trial successes. I am a holder and will continue to be because I like the approach this company has. I expect a bounce from the 130/140p area but how high I can't judge. | horneblower
08/12/2005 19:02 | Hi all. Any ideas re today's fall of 5? Sab. | rsabatini
01/12/2005 18:29 | Thank you JJ for that info. Sab. | rsabatini
23/11/2005 14:08 | Thanks HB for your interest and expertise in these matters. Sab. | rsabatini
23/11/2005 13:22 | Hi Sab, My view on EVC is pretty much summed up by my post 134. I hold because the science behind the idea seems sensible but these things are always a gamble. It could all come to nothing but my fingers are crossed. Frankly, I've never seen the attraction of EEN despite it being a favourite (I think) of Pippin's. However, now I have re-inspected the chart I see that for the past two years it has been forming a massive 'pennant' shape which is usually bullish. When it finally breaks out of that, it should be upwards and go to the height of the original 'flagpole' on a log chart. That would be a serious move and take it to around 360p or better...so it's worth being patient imo. AYM is a harder one to assess. In general, I think it is likely to go lower to around 7 or 8p before recovering...but I'm not confident here. Good luck. | horneblower
23/11/2005 12:57 | Thanks HB .I follow your postings on the BUR site with great interest where my "fortunes" are much better. What is your considered view on this ( ie EVC )as a long term hold please ? While I'm here do you have any views on Emerald Energy ( EEN - where there appear to be lots of different ADVFN bbs for some reason ) and Anglesey Mining (AYM ) Both recent investments, but down on both at present. Sorry IF there ARE other out there for being OT. Good luck all. Sab. | rsabatini
23/11/2005 12:26 | Just waiting for the next medical update on the drugs efficacy. Seems a bit of a gamble but I'm optimistic. The chart is neutral. | horneblower
23/11/2005 12:03 | No postings for c.2 weeks. Any views? Very disappointed. Much media hype before I bought ( £1.97 on 7 Oct ) and am now down quite a bit. A goodish rise soon would bring me ( and you )some welcome Christmas cheer ! Sab. | rsabatini
12/11/2005 07:38 | I will go along with that got in at £1.5788p 10k soon back up to the £2.00 plus hold on to your hats. | cgod
11/11/2005 17:34 | Am not surpised this is showing signs of a bounce from placing price.. Am expecting this to settle back around 180p before next news | mr.oz
01/11/2005 14:46 | Why should they buy more pop when they have sizeable holdings already and a placing is under way?? good luck if you can get in lower | akjelly
31/10/2005 16:55 | Maybe AK, but the directors will have to spend more than 3k to convince me that these are a buy at this moment. | popyezigalow
30/10/2005 18:29 | You'll be lucky pop. Fall back has been due to placing so best to buy now imho. Doubt if they will have problems funding this placement. | akjelly
21/10/2005 22:44 | I would be tempted to buy back in at 140, or am I just easly tempted. | popyezigalow
18/10/2005 12:00 | Hi agaaaaain. Sharescope is still calling this a BUY. Any views please on current situation ? Only bought in 10 days ago so would appreciate comments as new to this share. (I thought that was the function of BBs.) Thanks in advance. Sab | rsabatini
17/10/2005 09:26 | Hi all. How serious is the present correction in the share price? Is it now a buy ,sell or hold ? Views would be welcome. Sab. | rsabatini
16/10/2005 13:12 | The placing is an example of how difficult it is to make any money in biotech especially as EVC compounds are still years away from market. The ordinary Joe doesnt get a look-in in the placing of course. | mw8156
16/10/2005 10:14 | Take a look at ACHL | thecleaner
16/10/2005 10:12 | You often find that the mm,s walk it down to below the the placing price,(as if to sabotage it)and they certainly did in the previous placing at £1.40.If it goes below £1.60 it will be a good top up oppurtunity.IMHO | pineapple1
15/10/2005 16:48 | If 1-80 doesnt hold we could easily touch 160. Support looks like 180 but this could easily be broken. It will be fill your boots time at £160p. I'm hoping for a brief vsvit there to get on bored this very exciting company. | markycrispy
14/10/2005 11:25 | If you can't get any in the placing, then there is a good chance that the price will re-visit the 160 region, now that the news is out. You just need to sit on your hands for a while. I will buy if the price reaches around 160. | davocon
14/10/2005 11:19 | NO CHANCE MMs have had a field day and marked it down just after i bought 5k. poo | cgod |
