Surely it would be in the shareholders best interests if they shared the role out amongst themselves. Then again with all the other positions they hold with other companies they just haven't got the time.

Yes, as per final results, data from Manchester and Italy is expected by Q3 ( anytime now). The breast cancer news is hugely significant for partnering. Also new CFO appointment is pending (EVG website) and Stalicla Payments expected.Also other news from other collaborations due but end of year so very little downside risk at this price and plenty of upside to look forward to.

I think the next news will be very positive, if / when they announce they have received $500k from Stalicla for the completion of the human volunteer Phase 1/1b study.

In this market that would really create interest and extend the cash runway into 2025

Judging by the way the share price has fallen over the past six months, maybe an award for loss of shareholder value would be more appropriate.


To be fair the market is dreadful at present but fortunately there have been highlights very recently, like IQAI that was in the dog house for a very long time, it went to around 1/1.5p and now back towards 4p So keep your fingers crossed but if it slides to that level, I might take a punt.

It would be bad news if they did buy in the market as that would mean there were no deals being discussed*. Remember the Stalicla deal was in discussion for over a year before the RNS came out.
*Unless they bought after a humungous deal(s) was announced of course.

We know from the recent investormeet that they are in discussions with partners/licensees for a phase 3 breast cancer trial, and it wouldn't suprise me if they were in discussions involving a subsequent glioma trial as well after the investigator sponsored window-of-opportunity study.

Well around a week has passed since the last news, which was very good but it goes to show that all the guff about the directors being unable to buy for almost a year now was just humph.

Of course they can carry on that yuck for ever and a day, as they will forever be working to try to get other deals struck or waiting for results from trials.

One would be gobsmacked if they did ever buy any shares in the market, unless of course it was to raise more money in a years time.

On the point of further dilution with troll talk of an imminent fund raise, it would suggests it's hardly in the boards best interest to do this with the high strike prices of options around 10p. Unless they have non-dilutive options. Which I strong doubt.They will have a plan of which they are following and as far as I can see, executing exactly how they expect.Share price has been smashed by impatient sellers who have now crystallised their losses (their shout) and I will not cry if all is lost but the chessboard as I see it, we still have most of the pieces and are advancing forward. Until such time I feel we aren't I'm staying by put. Each to their own and I wish them well.

This news has made it much more easier to establish a partner for the breast cancer trial. The tablet formulation completely takes the stress and risk of a prototype and makes it so much easier to conduct trials. I would imagine potential partners would be waiting for the success of these results. Interesting times ahead and a new partnership may not be too far off the horizon, hence why the BOD can't purchase shares. With 3/4 news updates expected by end of year as a minimum + a potential new partnership I think we are in for a good end to the year and the chance to buy in at record low prices.

Excellent result and sounds like some very intriguing and exciting additional data has come out of this study - I guess we will find out more when the results are published in a peer-reviewed journal as mentioned in the recent investormeet.

We are also due a $0.5m milestone payment from Stalicla now I believe.

I think you are being harsh, mark.
I am also holding, but not adding, for similar reasons to you. Perhaps we differ in that if the BOD actually put their hand in their pocket, I would take more too, regardless of already having a pretty significant holding here. I think that this is one reason why the share price has performed so poorly for so long, but it is what it is. Ultimately, hopefully, our patience and loyalty will be rewarded sooner or later, but I do not blame those who felt their capital could be put to better use elsewhere. Let's be honest: so far, they have been proven correct. Naturally, I hope that this does not apply for too much longer! GLA.

Another good building block in the big game, not adding as fully loaded here but happy to see a reversal in the declining price, think a lot of flaky holders have gone as didn't have the stomach for investing as they are gambling. Hold for gains in my view
