With hindsight Wololol - it would have paid to do so and buy back in, sometimes one gets caught out doing so and misses much larger rewards.

In this case I would have been wise to sell at 6p plus but I certainly would not be selling now and reducing the potential large profit in the future.

So you could say those of us that sat tight never learned.

clocktower: my understanding is that disclosure is required when a new % threshold is crossed (in either direction) or when the buyer has concluded their period of purchasing. Slightly different criteria for foreign investors, but not applicable in this case.
But others may be able to correct me if I am wrong.
Ultimately though, I too was expecting an RNS on this front before now. While it would be good to see, after Huw made that comment in passing, I am not too bothered either way. I would not be surprised to see a revisit of the 10m market cap until the next meaningful company update. At which point I may be tempted to buy a few more, but happy to watch and wait for now - and entirely happy not to get the chance! GLA.

I am surprised that we have not seen any RNS about any major holdings yet, in light of the comments made in the presentation.

If a major position is being worked they may want to complete it before any RNS is issued I guess.

One thing - i noticed this yesterday also - its not that easy on the buy side, they should be throwing em at you, but almost full offer and NT very quickly.. Not sure it ever means anything though :)

Who posted that they would buy at 4.25p well on present form they might get lucky.

I am very surprised but not concerned about the fickle market, as it would only take another positive RNS to change the direction in a flash once again and next time it will hopefully hold onto the gains and build upon them.

Hi everyone.. New investor here...became aware of this company last week after the massive RNS and huge share price rise...that presentation to me seemed very positive...lots of things on the go...stakes held by axa and octopus...markets cap c.£14m?! What's not to like...tough markets but seems like over time this could be an interesting little story...

Agreed markth126 but I am tempted to add this week if the share price slips any more, even though like you I invested heavily in this, because of the news and the quality of the presentation, and what might be further great deals.

I also think we might see the company taken over at a big premium, as the progress is now starting to become visible.

Patience my friend. These are exciting times for the patient man. Time has been bought to develop things further with a great cash runway. News flow still strong over coming quarters. Very happy to be holding here for rewards of a greater magnitude down the line. These are the foothills of any rise if the drugs can be proved up. First signs are very strong in my view. All my own thoughts.

It's an interesting proposition, I think the the thing with bios is to get in when there is visibility cash .. unlike most "great" news on AIM .. this doesn't come with a weak balance sheet .. and it looking like more in coming to strengthen the cash runway.. Cost are small , very interesting.. not sure I would have bought pre news but with hindsight this was a steal

Nice to see we have a decent core of knowledgeable investors on this thread that are in it for the longer term rewards.

We have all seen the traders move on, and although it caused the big spike, I believe we will now see the slow recovery over a number of weeks towards its former funding raise level, as the penny drops in about what you have mentioned givesunshine.

Agree - you can bearly find it mentioned, lots more at play .. obiously im a newbie and looking for holes, but this is so cheap on cash / ASD alone worth 2-4 times the current share price - MBC news soon and cant help thinking the BOD are more advanced than they let on.. markets have been / are awful - but may be thinking than soon for this oppertunity

Morning Been reading through the back story . One thing that's clear is , that as great as the ASD is , it was not factored in as anything other than a minor sideshow to the main prospects .. should have an MBC update o. The Manchester studies at any time and can't help thinking after listening to the presentation that p3 agreement is more advanced than we currently are aware of. I do like the management approach not your usual AIM rampy BOD. Currently worth less than the cash runway.. cheap as chips
