Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 6 July 2022 that the following directors purchased ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company on 6 July 2022.
- Mr Paul Wise, Executive Chairman of Everyman, purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP1.0524 per share.
Following the above transaction, Mr Wise is interested in 2,986,752 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.28 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
- Mr Adam Kaye, Executive Director of Everyman, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP1.0528 per share.
Following the above transaction, Mr Kaye and his PCAs are interested in 5,449,956 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.98 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
