20/2/2009 15:05 | London Gazette indicates a creditors meeting held. 48 hours notice given. Shareholders told nothing. This one is dead and buried. | flying pig
26/1/2009 07:58 | Well they never got round to publishing the accounts. Clear breach of their obligations. It looks as if the London Gazette on 20 January shows a winding up order. I do not think creditors or shareholders stand a chance of getting a penny. Not that I need any increase in my capital gains tax losses in the current financial year; this will certainly be one of them. Does anyone have any news of Gary Miller-Cheevers? | flying pig
27/9/2008 13:23 | I fear this is getting terminal - they appear to have another ccj for £254 22/09/2008 NORTHAMPTON CCBC £254 Judgement 8XJ26931 19/05/2008 NORTHAMPTON CCBC £2768 Judgement 8QT42197 SVS resigned - possibly because they were not being paid or because they were "unhappy" (in any event two advisory firms is rather a luxury at this stage!) - so perhaps no loss. No doubt discussions are ongoing but the market is pretty cr^p and it must be an uphill struggle. Accounts must be published shortly - should make an "interesting read". | flying pig

01/8/2008 13:36 | We live in hope! Not a great exposure here but still no one likes losing money. | john hampton
01/8/2008 13:22 | Another month - some sort of announcement will probably be required in next couple of weeks. | flying pig
02/7/2008 07:32 | if you look back, there was the suggestion that it might merge with another party. If discussions have ceased, they would probably need to be an announcement. This suggests that discussions continue. However, I think it will be some considerable time before the share price reaches anything of interest. any operations must be fairly difficult in today's market; cash flow probably isn't flowing very well. The share is suspended; all you holders can do is hope and pray. | flying pig |
