EUROTELECOM COMMUNICATIONS, INC (the "Company")
The Company announces that it has applied for admission to
trading to the Alternative Investment Market of 20,000
shares of Class A common stock (the "Shares") in the
Company, credited as fully paid as to #1.50 per share, in
accordance with an agreement dated 19 April 1999 between Ian
Reay and Jayne Holmes (the "Allottees") and Eurotelecom
Corporation Limited ("ECL") (as amended by an agreement
dated 22 December 1999 and an agreement dated 9 March 2000),
as set out in the prospectus dated 29 March 2000. 15,000
Shares have been allotted (subject to admission) to Ian Reay
and 5,000 Shares have been allotted (subject to admission)
to Jayne Holmes. The Shares represent the final part of the
consideration payable to the Allottees for the acquisition
by ECL of the whole of the issued and allotted share capital
of Easy IP Limited.
