Review of investment management arrangements 
 
 
The Company announces that at a meeting of its board of directors (the "Board") 
held on 29 April 2009, the Board discussed the current arrangements with the 
Company's existing investment manager, Ocean Capital Associates, LLP ("Ocean"). 
In light of current market conditions, the Board resolved to conduct a strategic 
review of the terms of the investment management agreement dated 6 April 2006 
between the Company and Ocean ("IMA"), which provides that such agreement shall 
continue in force until terminated by either party on not less than 12 months 
written notice given to the other party effective after 1 May 2010.  The IMA can 
also be terminated for cause on shorter notice or forthwith. 
In order to provide the Board with maximum flexibility in its review and to 
allow the Board to appoint a new investment manager should this prove to be 
appropriate following such review, the Board has today served Ocean with 
protective notice of termination of the IMA.
