ISSUE OF EQUITY

On 13 February 2018, European Assets Trust NV issued 25,000 of its Ordinary Shares from its blocklisting facility at a price of GBP12.74 per share which equates to a premium to the estimated net asset value at the time of transaction of 0.6%. The sale of these shares has taken place in accordance with the Company's liquidity enhancement policy.

The Company's issued ordinary share capital is 35,384,912.

The Company has the ability to issue a further 1,109,474 ordinary shares under its blocklisting facility.
