ISSUE OF EQUITY

On 24 February 2015, European Assets Trust NV sold 25,000 of its Ordinary Shares held in treasury at a price of GBP10.37 per share which equates to a premium to the estimated net asset value at the time of transaction of 0.2%. The sale of these shares has taken place in accordance with the Company's liquidity enhancement policy.

The Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 24,937,280, of which 2,092,057 are held in treasury.

The total number of shares with voting rights in European Assets Trust NV is 22,845,223.

The above figure (22,845,223) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, European Assets Trust NV under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
