02/9/2019 16:06 | Well all Wressel partners are down today, so either the market or someone knows something. The later I suspect. | guesswhosback2
02/9/2019 14:56 | Enfranglais - how very dare you! You couldn't make it up bro - I like the strategy of paying for the site surveys prior to sign off of the JV's. How much have we actually paid for this "work"? Serious question actually. Good idea if you are 100% certain they are getting signed off and the "Major" is happy with exact location - errrrrrr not so good idea if you're wrong though, lol and, if I was an NED I'd be really itching to find out what made things so "certain" and not very happy if it was just "pie in the sky"! Now then where's that long grass (Morocco) sign off, got to? Prepare for another "tick down". (lol). | dunderheed
02/9/2019 14:17 | Eggs in `basket cases` springs to mind?!!!!!! Someone else bailing out with a 500k sale, probably at over a 50% loss?!!!!!!!! Seems like an odd time to do so but maybe could not wait to Wressle with it any longer?!! | enfranglais
02/9/2019 10:10 | Yes glad to see the BOD have enough cash in company for a good while yet, to keep on adding share holder value, as they have been, since Hughie took over. Any idea what Cairn are doing with their Irish blocks, certain well researched investors were getting all excited by that mullarky, justifying the BOD "Strategy*" at the time. Ahem. * couldnt think of a better word? | dunderheed
02/9/2019 09:50 | another month ticks by | currypasty
27/8/2019 08:43 | All to play for in Morocco :( | bountyhunter
27/8/2019 08:40 | Exactly but looks like Hugh and EOG have spotted another march on the mkt "again" lol. The real question is will he be able to do another "Hughie" again? I cannae believe he has survived this far bwtfdik? I am looking forward to the next video presentation though. Of course we've got that massive discovery in the Inishkea block to mkt. as well. Could be any second now, lol. All imho and dyor folks. | dunderheed
27/8/2019 08:33 | Perhaps the last drill in the Porcupine? Time to go somewhere where they actually want an oil and gas industry, somewhere like Morocco. Although the drills I have followed in Morocco over the years, CNE, SQZ and CHAR as I recall, have all been unrewarding. | rogerlin
27/8/2019 08:01 | Tis dry as "a witches tit" | hermana3
26/8/2019 12:42 | Surprised there is no more press coverage of Iolar result. | jusmasel99
24/8/2019 17:42 | Like a lot of us "old hands", poor Bo must be well under water & perhaps is just "reducing his average price"?!!!!!!!!!! Sounds as though he can afford the few quid involved for a gamble, so good luck to him. Thought my last 100k top up at 2.9 was reasonably safe but with 750k shares, i am well under water too :-(( Wressle on it`s own should get this back above the 6p fund raise level & if we get a partner for Ireland, my 7p average could well be left behind!!!!!!!!!! | enfranglais
24/8/2019 07:33 | It is a great confidence boost for EOG for sure but I think he bought his shares before the Iolar news came through. A multi millionaire investor has to be a great sign given that to realise a return on his investment through EOG would require a significant event that would allow him to offload his investment either into the open market or through M&A. | jusmasel99
23/8/2019 16:34 | Bo Kroll increased to 5.76% from 4.73% yesterday so maybe there is still hope! | bountyhunter
23/8/2019 14:51 | Lol What's the difference between a postie doing "research" via internet and a 25 year plus industry professional free bb views? About 2-3 years on getting their timings right I'd say lol!! | dunderheed
23/8/2019 13:19 | What's the difference between Jimmy Johnstone the Celtic winger of Lisbon Lions fame and an obtuse poster on here? Jimmy was a great dribbler .... | jusmasel99
23/8/2019 12:08 | Agree roger - but why after this result does it suddenly become more compelling? If it was such a damned certainty (I remember getting quoted as posting drivel when I had the temerity to question the best researcher ADV has ever seen, about banged on certainty timings - what errrr - over a year ago?!) Why has it not yet been farmed into - as everyone seems to suggest Iolar "has nothing to do with it" and why is it suddenly anymore likely to get farmed into "any day now"? Straws clutching at …. comes to mind? Not saying this is the case but really these assets have been completely mis-managed for a very long time now. Best of luck all and as ever, imho and dyor!! | dunderheed
23/8/2019 11:42 | Thanks Jus, despite the result at Iolar I still think there is hope for gas within tie in distance of Corrib, it makes sense for all parties. | rogerlin
23/8/2019 10:52 | " I can see the EU helping out there with their Future Fund one day." I can't. | joestalin
23/8/2019 09:08 | Iolar - anyone know if they found lots of hot water to open up the Irish geothermal play? I can see the EU helping out there with their Future Fund one day. | sirrux
23/8/2019 08:50 | There was a seismic survey done over the whole area (2015?)including 16/20 which I think EOG purchased and I think from memory CNOOC/NEXEN were working up. They are currently applying for a seabed survey which includes the corrib sub sea infrastructure and part of our licence area and was written by the same team that wrote our application using the same vessel and almost exactly the same wording.... | jusmasel99
23/8/2019 08:19 | Has anything happened in block 16/23 Corrib East which was 20% Faroe, 80% Nexen? DNO's website includes a report from Faroe dated early August which is 90 pages long but doesn't seem to say anything on this. Has there been any seismic done? If CNOOC have designs on near Corrib acreage then you would expect them to work up the block they already have. | rogerlin
23/8/2019 08:11 | Yes lots of talking.... What's new then? Lol. | dunderheed |
