03/1/2018 14:54 | I see that as of 2nd Jan the stock market has moved over to decimalisation / metrication, as can be seen on the market maker quotes now in 0.1 increments. Unfortunately the MM's have seen this as an opportunity to substantially widen the spread, now 1p at mid 5.7 ( 17.5%) | currypasty
02/1/2018 13:35 | on or before 10th Jan for Wressle appeal | currypasty
28/12/2017 09:17 | Also a Broadford Bridge update from UKOG, no flow from the Kimmeridge layers so far tested, but more to do! | rogerlin
28/12/2017 09:06 | Yes interesting option for Total. They're not actually committing to too much (for Total) but also interesting Capricorn (Cairn) walked away so haven't seen anything that interests them at all. You can see pvr have been very busy bd wise. The Barry 'saga' continues but as an optimist I look at this positively but will probably come to nothing!! All imho of course!! | dunderheed
28/12/2017 08:52 | Update from PVR. Cairn are not taking up their option on 20% of Avalon but Total have taken up theirs on Druid/Drombeg, not sure if this has any read across to the EOG/CNE licences. | rogerlin
20/12/2017 09:52 | Im in two minds if to dump a few just in case wressle is turned down as Irish seems a while off, and I just don't think Hugh is going to beat Holmwood lot. | currypasty
20/12/2017 09:12 | roger - are they drilling at Holmwood next year - sorry but isn't that the New Year's eve jam promise each year?! 'Progress' at Wressle? I'll get me hat. Irish stuff - dont get me wrong but after the PVR result I think a lot of companies will be 're-thinking / working' all Ireland. Of all that Slyne looks positive - all imho. I sincerely hope some of your catalysts crystallise however with this 'shower' of a management team - who really knows - would really love to be proven wrong of course! All imho!! Apart from that have a great Xmas and HNY all! | dunderheed
20/12/2017 08:33 | Plenty to look forward next year: Drill at Holmwood with free flow from the Kimmeridge, progress at Wressle, seismic on Porcupine 16/19 with discovery of massive target, farm out to Vermilion of Slyne 16/20, successful drill by Nexen in the Porcupine re-igniting major interest in the basin ending with a take over of EOG at a huge premium. Happy Christmas all holders! | rogerlin
19/12/2017 17:39 | LOL yes that's what I meant! | dunderheed
19/12/2017 17:30 | not to mention SQZ :-) | bountyhunter
19/12/2017 17:22 | 6344: Hang on hang on - what the hell - did you - of all cheerleaders bloody sell out!? Oh lol! Let us know when you buy back in. What a shame if you sold out and didn't buy any SER - honestly the people that run that company realy are captains of the industry! | dunderheed
19/12/2017 16:50 | Maybe I shouldn't post here until I buy back in? I was just pointing out that UKOG is a listed INVESTMENT company and as such cannot obtain an operators licence.... | jusmasel99
19/12/2017 12:55 | Maybe we can all have a competition regarding next year's AGM statement? I suggest just writing exactly the same thing but add a one to any year references. All imho of course! | dunderheed
19/12/2017 12:52 | Jus - tbh they seem to be more than capable? DYOR blah blah blah. BTW if I didn't know better I'd say you were one of Hugh et al - you hold such a big candle for them. Be careful you dont get your fingers burnt!! Had you bought SQZ when I was blahhing on about them a couple of months ago you'd be up about 185% already, plus tbh another 300% (all imho blah blah) in the next year (on the original purchase price at that time). Mark my words young man!! | dunderheed
19/12/2017 11:54 | Can't happen as ukog are not a licensed operator. Dyor IMHO blah blah blah ... | jusmasel99
19/12/2017 09:54 | Roger yes definitely. Not just because they are getting better experience but because they seem to have better management full stop. All imho, blah blah etc. | dunderheed
18/12/2017 22:07 | Ineos have asked the government to intervene re their fracking application: | bountyhunter
18/12/2017 09:48 | Apart from Total, Providence and Sosina have signed an option agreement with Capricorn, a subsidiary of Cairn, whereby Capricorn has as the right to farm-in to a 20 percent, working interest in LO 16/27 from Providence & Sosina. The option can be exercised by Capricorn within 60 days of the completion (plugging and abandoning) of the upcoming 53/6-A well on Frontier Exploration Licence 2/14. Cairn's 60 days to decide whether to farm in to Avalon are about up. If they do it will be a nice positive for their view of future prospects in the Porcupine. | rogerlin
18/12/2017 08:29 | Bizarre how the price has dropped 4.5% with no trades and I've been trying to buy online for 10 mins and can't get a price! | cheek212
15/12/2017 13:30 | Sold out last week, and have made more on Ophir in 2 days than I did holding EOG for a year. | mint1111
15/12/2017 10:17 | CP have you seen the comments re 'world class management team' over on LSE? (LOL!). | dunderheed
15/12/2017 09:59 | the agm resolutions were passed by show of hands total votes 57m, ie 1/6th of total of 300+ million shares why arnt the total votes shown, that will be a different picture | currypasty
14/12/2017 12:09 | Reading this latest Shareholder newsletter and sitting as I am on a tantalising break even point of 5.75p, I'm prepared to wait for future gains here. pays your money and takes your choice.... | minfeus |
