Consolidations cost money and lead to further dilution, its an inescapable fact. Very few companies that consolidate see their share price then rise. It really doesnt matter how many shares are in issue

i Wanted a consolidation over a year ago, but I suspect that there are more important things to get on with at the moment. Maybe 18 months time when are well on the way to getting a mining operation under way. The silver credits would pay for the mine build. I suspect the warrants will be taken long before another placing. In addition a small placing from £10m market cap would be minimally dilutive if used in conjunction with warrants etc and at a £10m market cap I doubt many would complain. I am glad Deutsche B and Brandon Hill came on board - seems to be working.

It's all starting to look a lot better than 6 months ago, but I would still like to see the next placing , or forward sale of Silver credits out of the way, before investing again, AND a stock consolidation. Just way too many shs in issue @ present.

Looks like the MM’s need people to pay up to encourage greater volume at higher share price levels. Even reasonable volumes go way over the ask - just seen 4’s for 50m which is what bigger players would go for IMO. The bigger players will really pay up when this starts moving up again but they would want to see us over 3 next. Not long, and smaller tranches will likely get you less of a share price premium but offset agains the small trade costs which would seen be paid back at this rate.

Turner Pope have likely nailed the share price

True could get the completion of the drilling RNS and/or intitial assays from the first two holes any day now. You might get filled at a slight premium.

yeah they do seem to be making it hard for new fellas to buy at the bottom in any volume. It should be a bit easier as it approaches 0.095p, although by then we may have the JORC upgrade to indicated and an even higher broker target by then. :)

That’s my take Rmart. MM’s can now probably make a market to the upside more likely than to the downside. Previously I suspect that a L2 DMA participant was artificially knocking this back. They may have had their fill at LTH expense.

Market expectation now however is also likely expecting the Turner Pope share price estimate prior to a higher rerate. Getting on board now still has several bags to rerate before any third party reveals it’s hand then it will get really interesting.

thereafter is was hard to buy. There were not many sells so mms had no stock. IMO.

I hope they raise it in the morning and they may get some sellers to make a market. I just think the expectaton now is a rise to the 0.095 mark so very few are interested in selling at this price.

Hi all. Two questions I hope someone can shed light on: 1) As per certain posts below, it was not possible to buy or get a quote to buy. Why is this, and does a "shortage" not just relate to a direct raise in share price We only had a 1.9% increase today. 2) Why was there a large amount of shares traded in the morning, but ADVFN shows last trade at 12:28. What happened thereafter? Thanks!
