13/8/2019 12:55 | courtesy of ResearchAnalyst1 on L S E Nyrstar...Today 10:45 For those unaware, Nyrstar’s Port Pirie smelter was shut down yesterday following ‘an unidentified incident’ in the hearth of the primary smelter. As a result, and alongside continued worries of Indonesia restricting availability of their ore, global lead and zinc prices have risen sharply. In addition, silver prices have continued to strengthen as global recession fears mount. So, as of 10:00am today: • Silver – 17.44 • Zinc – 2,297.75 • Lead – 2,060.12 • EUZ’s value of metal in the ground (in situ value) based on the above prices exceeded £2.3 billion. • EUZ’s net present value (based on the above prices) was approximately £122.14m • EUZ’s market cap was £3.5m (0.030p) Thus, based on the above, Europa Metals continues to sport an extraordinary undervaluation. That being said, however, private investors are playing this well and keeping a strong hold on the ‘actual’ free float which shrunk considerably in yesterday’s trading (425m shares traded). And today looks like the critical breakout point (0.0337p) might be taken out with volumes already exceeding 260m at 10:15am. Of course, any news, with such a narrow free float, will, undoubtedly, set the shares alight | rmart
13/8/2019 12:22 | yes, doing really well after yesterday rise. Lets have some good news now to kick on. | rmart

13/8/2019 10:39 | Mine financing would come after the the assays, JORC upgrades, met work, DFS and usually after the offtakes etc for the various different concentrates to be produced from Toral. A fully funded ready for construction EUZ I would expect to be at £50m+ (at 100% wi) as the NPV at that stage would be higher still and there'd be little left to derisk. There's plenty of positives to be achieved between here and construction and that will certainly increase the cap from the mere £3m at present. Its still at a 66% discount to where it was market cap wise before the SS, its been oversold by a significant portion and now they're making good progress again with the drilling and preparation for the mining licence. Each stage of progress should get reflected in the market cap and in the case of EUZ it certainly isn't being at present. Imo I've been buying and I'll keep holding until the market cap reflects more of the current $110m NPV. Whether it'll be the continuing of the re-rate towards fair value, the results of the assays or the upgraded JORC I don't really mind what gets it there. SOLG didn't have exploration complete let alone a fully funded mine when it went to £500m+ market cap. So EUZ going to £12m isn't really a big ask imo as long as they keep progressing like they have been. And if you don't think the asset is good enough compare it to all other peer Zn/Pb explorers and producers and you'll find that Toral is more than a match for those. EUZ are using a higher cutoff than most other mines! Regards, Ed. | edgein
13/8/2019 10:27 | Have you still sold out Andrea? Turner Popes note is based on analysis of the current situation - pre drill results - pre drill finance etc. Deutsche Balaton are also experts in arranging mining finance. I hope there’s a partial sale of the asset or silver streaming at some point which is a useful and often used way of financing a mine build. | hedgebetter
13/8/2019 10:26 | Topped up again today,This is so cheap. | yumyum1
13/8/2019 10:14 | Successful financing of a viable mine is what will really move the share price to a significantly higher level, which more closely reflects the value of that company & it's assets. Without Mine finance, EUZ really can't go anywhere. The big question is , what will be the COST of obtaining that mine finance & how will that result impact on Ordinary Shareholders ......? IMHO. 13/8/2019 08:50 | Rmart, That seems reasonable. We're encountering a little profit taking at the moment, but the mm's happy to take those at/above 0.028. There's a little chart resistance at 0.04 but not major its still oversold at that point. The two bowls are likely to cause a little resistance, especially at 0.11p. Could be some at 0.075p on the way up too looking at the 2 year chart. We were valued at £9m approx pre scoping study, we're currently valued at £3.6m now and the SS was very good as its apparently conservative. So no wonder the broker has a highly discounted value of 0.095p. It was a hard time and still is for miners to raise money so it was good to see DBA et al taking millions in the placing (due to the quality of Toral). We're now making good progress into the high grade core drilling which also opens up those unassayed historic holes which they have diamond drill core for. So pretty material progress is being made on top of engaging with the authorities about the ML. There's no real reason at this point for the huge discount to the pre scoping study levels. So we could get close to your target on the back of drill results and assays before we get the upgraded JORC or met test results/offtake. Regards, Ed. | edgein
13/8/2019 08:42 | Thanks Ed, I have built a decent stake based on what I have seen and read, I can see 0.05 pretty easy but would like to see the turner pope target of 0.095 before any upgrade is announced. Maybe asking a bit too much but you never know. | rmart
13/8/2019 08:38 | rmart, Well it looks like its potentially going back to 0.05p short term when you look at the chart and the potential is for 0.11p on news of the high grade core. This is re-rating regardless of news, however the early communication with the Spanish regarding the ML licence, before any of us were expecting, is a bonus too. Shows how keen they are to get Toral towards production. A full production Toral mine at 500k tn per year could command a market cap of over £120m per year, LoM is many times that and we don't know the full extent of the high grade core. But that's going to be for the long-termers. Regards, Ed. | edgein
13/8/2019 08:32 | Just took another 12m . Can we get past the 0.03 today? | rmart
13/8/2019 08:07 | Hedge, We may get an update to say hole complete and samples collected. Assays for the final hole could come after that. Assays for the first two holes or the other historic holes into the high grade core could come at any time. As you say though broker target is still many multiples of today's price without any further reserve upgrades. I've been topping up at these rock bottom prices. Regards, Ed. | edgein

12/8/2019 21:53 | I think he means .1, 1p aint never going to happen :-) | blackss
12/8/2019 21:25 | I would go with Turner Popes analysis for now - about 3.7 bag from here - and that is a discounted estimate of 70% and based on PRE indicated resources and PRE any potential increase in resource size. | hedgebetter
12/8/2019 21:18 | To get to 1p it will need to go up 3600 percent, or something like that. Doubtful, but I'll certainly be happy, in that unlikely event. | kexicus
12/8/2019 20:31 | Mega news is on its way imhho. Everything points to amazing assay results with the majors circling. Lets hope they hold back on the RNS for a few days more so we can test the 1p+ levels and then the 10p+ on results. DYOR and let the doubters have their own opinions. Could just be the share of 2019. Think tomorrow morning RNS or not may be explosive. Again DYOR. GL whatever you decide. | smraynot
12/8/2019 19:28 | I doubt there’s a leak, too early and the hole TD 023 is the big one and will need to be assayed first. I think at this stage it’s just trader positioning ahead of a potential large rerate event. When/ if we go through the Turner Pope evaluation then I will get excited. Until then we remain way undervalued. However, the potential exists and it’s looking good. All IMO. | hedgebetter |
