Mr. Serafino Iacono reports:
Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 23, 2023) - Denarius Metals Corp. (TSXV: DSLV) (OTCQX: DNRSF) ("Denarius Metals" or "the Company") announced today that the formal application for a mining license for the Toral Zn-Pb-Ag Project in Northern Spain has been completed and submitted by Europa Metals Iberia S.L., a wholly owned Spanish subsidiary of Europa Metals Ltd. ("Europa"), to the Junta of Castille and Leon, the local mining authority. This application forms part of the 2023 exploration campaign agreed to between the Company and Europa in conjunction with the Toral Definitive Option Agreement dated November 22, 2022 pursuant to which the Company can acquire up to an 80% interest in the Toral Project in two phases.
Serafino Iacono, Executive Chairman and CEO of Denarius, commented, "Working closely with the team at Europa, we have met our goals for this first year of the Toral Definitive Option Agreement. Completing this application to request an upgrade in the permit at the Toral Project from the exploration phase to a mining license is in keeping with our plans to advance this potential long-life asset toward production in an underground mining operation. Next steps include the preparation of an updated Mineral Resource estimate incorporating the results of the 2023 drilling campaign and then, after some additional infill drilling in the first half of 2024, we will commence work on the preliminary economic assessment for the Toral Project." |
The company will publish an updated Mineral Resource estimate incorporating the results of the 2023 drilling campaign in November most likely. |
![](https://images.advfn.com/static/default-user.png) I can promise you he is not anonymous He is just small fry, i wouldn't get too upset by him. You can see how excited he gets because i lost a few bob here, he would get really depressed if he knew how much i have made elsewhere :-) I'm retired now but people lose and win, it doesn't matter to me if i lose £60k here if i make £80k elswhere, its the balance sheet that matters at the end of you trading days. In all my years on ADVFN i have seen hundreds if Zico's desperately trying to win but the reality is especially on the AIM that nearly 80% of investors lose and its at that point throw their toys out the pram. Lets face it if you are a winner you really don't go round crying your eyes out at everyone else like Zarco. You take your losses on the chin and move on because you are making money elsewhere. I have tried to expose this company for what it is to help people like Zaco hang on to their cash. It launched at 20p, it dropped to 0.001p, a drop of 99.99499% it consolidated 500/1 to 5p and is now heading for sub 1p again.
The rns yesterday says it all......more drilling ...more expense ...and zero effect on the share price .....but crucially for management more time and more wages.
The gravy train steams on. |
Worth reposting this on other threads where he is regular.
Usual routine is for him to start his own moderated thread with promises of riches over the longer term, then disappears after a few days - usually with tail between legs on a flat trade or loss. Presumably gets lucky enough to make it worthwhile every now and again. The evidence is all there in black and white if you care to look.
As a professional he'd be fined heavily for this practice or even be doing bird, if not then as a PI it's still highly unethical, if you are ok with that then fine, i'm certainly not and more than happy to make the odd posts to hopefully stop the odd naive investor being scammed. It's a regulated industry for a reason and his actions could arguably put him in the "Pro" category, even if he thinks he isn't.
He's already been reported by a few who are collating his actions, he thinks that he's anonymous however the clown has handed over payment details to advfn, so he's certainly vulnerable to action. |
Loads of press regarding the MLA: |
ha ha beeks, he's like a clockwork toy i had as a kid, wind him up and watch him go :-) |

Europa Metals makes progress at one of Europe’s most under-appreciated lead-zinc deposits.
Campion said the milestone follows three to four years of dedicated teamwork through the process of exploration, evaluation and the prosecution of planning at Toral.
The application came under an exploration campaign agreement with Denarius Metals Corp and Campion said the company will continue to work with Denarius, which has a two-stage option agreement to earn a 51% stake in the project.
He said 2024 will see the recommencement of drilling and work commence on a preliminary economic assessment. |
Yes CC there is a lot value in Europa and certainly worth considerably more than £1.9m |
Nice to see it blue and have positive news. |

Published: 07:35 23 Oct 2023
Europa Metals Ltd (AIM:EUZ, JSE:EUZ) confirmed on Monday that a formal licence application for the Toral mining project in Spain has been submitted.
All necessary documents covering restoration and environmental impact were submitted to the authorities of Castilla and Leon, Europa said in a statement.
These laid out an estimated 15-year lifespan for the mine, according to the lead, zinc and silver developer, which could see average production of 700,000 tonnes of ore annually.
“This milestone for the Toral project has been achieved over the last three to four years with the application of dedicated teamwork through the process of exploration, evaluation and the prosecution of planning,” executive chairman Myles Campion commented.
“The company has overcome a few hurdles during this period, Covid being one of them.”
Toral is fully owned by Europa, with the application coming under an exploration campaign agreement with Denarius Metals Corp.
Some 360 local jobs could be created through the project, Europa estimated, alongside a further 1,400 indirect opportunities.
“We now look forward to continuing our work with Denarius over the coming years,” Campion added.
“2024 will see the recommencement of drilling and work commence on a preliminary economic assessment.” |
Its rocketing !! 4 people have now spent £200 each Zico :-) |
Wow, mining licence submitted and so far 3 people have bought £600 shares between them
Lets see where the share price is at the end of the day. |
Now that this very important milestone has been achieved Denarius will complete the preliminary economic assessment ( PEA ) in 2024. |
The submission envisages a life of mine of 15 years, mining on average 700,000t of ore per year. |
This is the most important news from the company for a long time.
Mining License Application is the culmination of many years work which includes:
Geotechnical Metallurgical Hydrological Environmental And many years of drilling |
Speco still posting garbage on the other thread, the idiot is very bitter because he's lost all his wealth around £80,000,so understandably he'll continue to be bearish.
It's best to ignore his posts.
MLA must be very close to being submitted, this will a turning point for the shares.
Once they have submitted MLA , Denarius will complete the preliminary economic assessment PEA , they will also complete the pre-feasibility study PFS.
Denarius will invest a total of $4,000,000 on the Toral project. |
