23/1/2005 19:23 | lol Chiansaw. 5coundrel. Your deep research into this share is demonstrated by the number of times you have previously posted here. I take it you know plenty about institutions due to your current residence in one. Go away, you confused glob of wormy buzzard barf, embarrassing mass of sloppy aardvark effluent, evil-smelling clump of mildewed slug slime etc etc. | momentos

21/1/2005 23:50 | Mr Pippin...... you may well be abed now........... but thanks for your post above anyway. You were sharp on the unmentionable haystack..... rightly .... but I liked also the background noise to what you said. Yes, it is a basket case at the mo....... but .... but.... game's not over yet by any stretch. I post now - a lurker normally - because I have discovered from previous messages from you that you are not just an average-type Johnny like me in that you have experience in the financial world. I get the impression from you that this has half a chance, and think the same way after being in for at least a year. It's grim, utterly stultifyling most of the time....... but.... yuk... stay with it!! So thanks anyway because you gave this little holder a sense that all is not lost..... thus far. Best regards to you and all the good holders. END | dyfiman

21/1/2005 18:12 | Hi ELH investors - yes, you have to release an RNS when you dip below 3%. But any more sales can be done without telling anyone. 3% is the trigger threshold. Above that level you have to do an RNS if an order takes you up or down a full percentage point. However, an ongoing order may take you up or down several points and you don't have to report it until the order is finished. I'm not sure of the statutory requirement when you dip below 3% - I think you have to report it shortly after it happens even if your sell order is not complete. Whether it is compulsory or not is hardly the point - it is what many institutions do. Don't be surprised about haystack's ignorance. He has demonstrated a poor grasp of basics several times in the past.Mind you, he is very good at pasting charts onto threads, especially if they show declines in the ELH price. I think it's his idea of research. He may have been right on ELH so far but everyone gets it right sometimes, even if their reasons are just plain silly. Stick with it guys. When it turns, it'll turn bigtime. Just a sloppy market right now. | pippin |
