05/9/2019 15:10 | We had up to 1.8kgs a day last year russiaguru, so 2kg should of easily been surpassed with the modifications in place. Remember, theres been a drilling program going on all season to upgrade the ore categories at WK , so we are due news on that and WK production figures! Next RNS will hopefully be a good one. Is the relative silence due to continued applications going through the russian government at the minute?. I'm sure i recall reading somewhere that companies had to be careful of what they publish while applications are in government processes. GLA | willmac4671

05/9/2019 14:12 | sclper - agreed, and the fact the contractor has added plant to WK this year is virtually proof that there is more production capacity at the one washplant than previously thought. I think this is going to be a bumper year and I suppose you could say that not making it official gives us the opportunity to speculatively add. | charles clore
05/9/2019 14:06 | How many dump trucks and excavators were use last year? I think the contractor has stepped up activity this mining season with 3 excavators and 4 dump trucks | sclper
05/9/2019 13:58 | CC, They will obviously have the figures as they will be logging all the product sent to the refinery. Logic says that they should be doing better than last year for the following reasons: - They established a significant stockpile prior to the start of gravel washing to allow continuous production. - They have improved the production circuit to capture more of the metal. - They have already stated that initial grades were 3-4 times reserve grades. - They have always stated that things are going well/satisfactorily. Logic says that they will improve on last year's performance unless we get a very early cessation of production due to adverse weather conditions. The problem is that while logic can give comfort, reality often diverges. | mostyn
05/9/2019 13:50 | what a waste of a tweet. If they said .' and 2kgs a day of platinum' think of the response | russiaguru
05/9/2019 13:49 | Is there much Gold at WK? Platinum, Palladium and Gold and found together but I don't know what the general % split Any Chemists? hxxp://www.saimm.co. | cool hand kev
05/9/2019 13:37 | Ek - you think PIs are the main buyers of S&P500 stocks? mostyn - nice bit of information but I don't know why they can't give us an official update. | charles clore

05/9/2019 13:31 | Not sure about dividends ex. How does that work for apple ms and Amazon? | ekuuleus
05/9/2019 11:17 | And are you buying AAZ now? Institutions will buy stocks purely for dividends. EUA pays no dividend and won't for a few years. I think AAZ is a great company with fantastic success story, and what I'm saying is if you want growth as opposed to dividends then eua offers that. | excellance
05/9/2019 11:03 | Exellance I would not dare to compare AAZ and EUA. EUA even after many years have to show they can deliver and effectivly run their mines. Not mentioning multiple delution?communicati | user2007
05/9/2019 10:50 | Blimey you lot are impatient. The last update on MT was on 13/08/19 less than a month ago ……… And MM's just playing with the spread | cool hand kev
05/9/2019 10:33 | It is surprising that after 20 years in the AIM no institution has invested yet. When they come they won't be alone. | excellance
05/9/2019 10:13 | mostyn - I am sure you are spot on with your analysis. We need more data and the company simply isn't forthcoming. So we either have to guess favourably or unfavourably as to how production and the Sino contract is progressing, OR call it a day, sell up and forfeit any future positive developments and share price increases. What I would like to see is a minimum of quarterly updates for MT and WK giving progress since the last update and an overall timeline of achievement corresponding to a published plan of action. If we are really that far advanced with the Sinosteel contract and WK is 'satisfactory' it should not be so difficult to give some numbers. edit - I should have said no fundraising thus far! | charles clore
05/9/2019 10:09 | CC, I must be hard of hearing as nothing is shouting at me to say - no fundraising this year. Another uncertainty. | mostyn
05/9/2019 10:05 | cant for the life of me why they are giving so much to the contractor was it re negotiated when product value increased this year | billionairepaddy
05/9/2019 10:01 | Regardless of whatever theories there might be as to why the management aren't providing many specifics, there are two very specific reasons why the share price is where it is. - There is no specific information on West Kytlim as to how production in going in ozs or Kg to date. "Well" "Satisfactory" mean absolutely nothing to investors so it's impossible to calculate whether they will need to raise money again. This leads to uncertainty. Investors don't like uncertainty and will look for more certain opportunities elsewhere. - The information they have provided on Monchetundra has not been put in sufficient context to tell investors where Eurasia are against the chart on their presentation which shows full production starting in Q3 2020. I doubt whether anyone on this bb could provide an answer on these two specific areas, so what would a new investor make of things. If you look at the underlying metals situation the prospects look fantastic, especially in the light of the recent comment where the flanks at Monchetundra could potentially increase the resource several fold. This is all longer term. The market at present is very short term with most investors chasing the next story, which is normally something very short term, so Eurasia with scant specific news flow doesn't qualify. Only institutions, and a few private investors are prepared to look long term. We have the few private investors on here, but the institutions are as yet conspicuously absent. Perhaps they too would like to see more specifics. | mostyn
05/9/2019 09:56 | Something significant shouts at you from the sidelines - no fundraising this year!! | charles clore
05/9/2019 09:56 | Definitely a statement. DS couldn't have been more clearer | pennstreet
05/9/2019 09:47 | No appetite, or little appetite, because nobody believes in MT, and most believe WK to be not profitable enough to make any difference. If they showed us a nice lovely roast of ham dripping in honey and lots of it, ie we see cash starting to flow, then the horde will soon get a whiff and arrive here en mass a la AAZ. What idiot would invest in AAZ at 170p when we could have a very similar chart to theirs over two years? | excellance
05/9/2019 09:43 | Penn - is that a statement or a question? | charles clore
05/9/2019 09:39 | The contract with SS is certainly not vague? | pennstreet
05/9/2019 09:38 | The meal is very appetizing, but it's a guarded secret and kept under the radar, for reasons only known to the management!! | pennstreet |
