18/4/2019 16:27 | A small placing is fine by me all my calcs have been based on 2.5b shares in issue for a while anyway so no change there. Happy with the company’s future plans but agree with book a rights issue for us would have left a better taste in the mouth. Then again we did have the chance to buy at .2 and many of us did. So it’s all sour grapes onwards and upwards as they say. | driver101
18/4/2019 16:22 | Hopefully in the next ten weeks | excellance
18/4/2019 16:20 | Well when CS set the warrants up to 1.8p or whatever it was he probably thought some of the MT NPV would be in the price. Not yet though, but maybe soon. Regards, Ed. | edgein
18/4/2019 16:17 | Well CS doesn't have a crystal ball! | pennstreet
18/4/2019 16:17 | Lew, I agree, as I said CS was hoping the warrant holders would exercise, and I even said to him that they may not, why would they, they don't need to do anything until May next year! Anyway, problem solved. Happy easter folks. | excellance
18/4/2019 16:14 | Ex as soon as a few million were sold at 49 the price would have risen, there is no way they could have bought 90m at less than 70. The important part for me is that the offer was massively over-subscribed so not likely to drop below 55 now. Obviously their clients see significant upside from here. Only slight disappointment for me was that CS said there would be no more placings. | lew stules
18/4/2019 16:13 | Maybe. So, what kind of idiot would be selling or shorting prior to the WK upgrade? Last chance for a bargain, market closrs in 15 minutes until next Tuesday! | excellance
18/4/2019 16:10 | Ex, Easter Tuesday? Or at least at some time next week if he doesn't eat too many Easter eggs. Regards, Ed. | edgein
18/4/2019 16:08 | Where is that WK plan and upgrade? It must be all planned, approved and now funded, so why not just pop the rns in now...that would be a good last half hour. | excellance
18/4/2019 16:03 | Any short term weakness is fine by me. What's important is that any funding concerns (and there were concerns) have been put to bed prior to a busy summer. | the deacon
18/4/2019 15:46 | Flipping heck!!!!!!! | aidenabettin
18/4/2019 15:41 | I'm not convinced by the advfn chart again today, seems out of calibration. Or are there big moves behind that curtain? I think we know the answer to that. | excellance
18/4/2019 15:39 | I wish I knew how Optiva manage to sell 90m shares at 55 when just weeks ago they were 49. Good sales people obviously. Or...?? | excellance
18/4/2019 15:34 | Volume is well up, seems like those who didn't reach their allocation are having to fill in the market. Regards, Ed. | edgein
18/4/2019 15:33 | Ex, He hasn't got the money for that let alone the minerals, the poor sod bought TSI at the top and has been struggling ever since. Regards, Ed. | edgein
18/4/2019 15:28 | The 166,666,667 warrants at 0.60p must be exercised by 16 May 2020 or forfeit. | excellance
18/4/2019 15:17 | Exc That is a well balanced post | book5
18/4/2019 15:12 | I think CS had hoped that the 0.60p warrants would have been exercised by now, and that market reaction would have forced that, but maybe he was badly advised or forced into the warrants schedule. Today's placing is unfortunate but is also necessary, and maybe now the warrant holders will exercise. The next piece of jigsaw is very important for Eurasia to become self funding and never again resort to placings. | excellance
18/4/2019 15:03 | £500,000 raised That's about 4% of the mkt cap on the day of the placing. There are 90m 0.55p placing shares, no warrants attached. There are still 166,666,665 outstanding warrants at 0.60p Then there are the company employee options. We now have 2 developing projects, one is producing and ramping up production, and this year's plan will be revealed soon. The other project is our "flagship" Monchetundra asset, which we are doing site prep for now, mine development to begin soon. | excellance
18/4/2019 14:55 | Well go on then, tell us what your short position is! | excellance
18/4/2019 14:52 | The SHORTERS love the placing much more than the MARKET..Just watch!!!!! | aidenabettin
18/4/2019 14:51 | Pd recovering nicely | book5
18/4/2019 14:47 | The market likes the placing. It gives the necessary working capital to take us to the next stage of work at MT. Meanwhile, ramping up WK should, imho, obviate the need for further raisings after this one. The company refers to WK currently as the world's second largest alluvial PGM deposit. What are the chances of it becoming the biggest once those flanks are drilled out? russ - maybe there will be no need for recruitment. It all depends on what may be going on behind the scenes which cannot, at this stage, be reported. I would not be too upset if MT was sold off, would you? Oh yes, I guess you would miss out on a huge rise in the share price! It seems like you sold the crown jewels this week. | charles clore
18/4/2019 14:46 | cc - maybe I will, but the sinosteel rns contained no dates, as does this rns, not even on the expected WK approval. Also no news on the recruitment front which seems strange considering the rns from last year and the importance of MT. | russiaguru |
