It is irelevant what you think the underlying assets are worth, but it is purile not to think the Nomad has not been all over this like a rash to ensure they are complying with the AIM book and complying with AIM regulation, they are not going to lose their NOMAD licence over one company and EUA will move heaven and earth to ensure that they comply with AIM regulation so they do everything to protect their stockmarket listing.

It is also lucidcrous to think some nut job is oppenly posting he belongs to some mythical crew who are behind a huge pump and dump.

Likewise the nutjob is even stupider if he thinks anyone believes his wacky backy diatribe.

ADVFN is fast becoming an asylum for nutters and conspiracy theorists/believers.

The volumes were eye watering so someone must think there is some value somewhere at sometime.

This announcement is probably what set the recent speculation in motion and WOULD CERTAINLY have put many barriers in place, preventing a sale of assets.

EUA Communication skills seems to be ODD, to say the least.

plus, They say, "Court case concerning Share Certificates will not effect Asset sale"

of COURSE it wont effect EUA, BUT NO COMPANY would finalise a Purchase of assets, whilst Court proceedings effecting a large tranche of shares was, `LIVE`

No material effect on asset sale yes, but on timing of sale? MOST Certainly.

online speculation regarding the Definitive Feasibility Study for the Monchetundra project in the Kola peninsula northwest Russia (the "Monchetundra DFS").I've looked everywhere for this supposed "online speculation" reported in yesterday's rns. There is nothing. Has anyone else seen that online? If it doesn't exist yesterday's rns was a stock grab. The fall from 7.3p to 2p makes little sense given the market had written off monchetundra.

I told you on Friday the king of thieves would be running at 8p, they were running at 7.5p.

I am telling you, they did 20 baggers on Lond, BZM, GMC, and many other shares; they even pump COVID scam companies. Then, short the hell out of those shares.

Look what they did on Nuog. They shorted for 6 months. One day, they just changed their tune . Instead of 0.1p, it was 2p target at 0.3p. It went to 1.8p within days.

EUA BOD say, "Share ownership Court case will have no bearing the Asset sale"


Due Diligence is recognised in law as a precaution that has to be allowed and if ignored can lead to any irregularities that may occur after Due Diligence is overlooked or not carried out, are considered, "Your own fault"

Of course the Ownership of a shed load of shares will have NO BEARING on Asset sale, it is an Ancillary matter, BUT it HAS AN HUGE impact of the ACTUAL EVENT. NO SALE of any COMPANY COULD POSSIBLY GO AHEAD WITHOUT A FULL "Due Diligence sign off"

The court case will not take long, but until a verdict is given and accepted without appeal, NO SALE CAN POSSIBLY PROCEED, even though, a SALE may already have been agreed and Memorandum of Understanding exchanged.


EUA BOD are very succinct in their wording, todays RNS is a case in point.

You will notice "EUA know of no reason for the rise" was absent

Take a quick look at KRPZ they put it in their RNS, as do all others.
Perhaps the MOU has been seen by others??

NO SMOKE WITHOUT FIRE. EUA is not far from a Deal.
