As the weeks and months did pass,The miners' luck outlasted crass,The share prices began to drop,Halland's laughter came to stop. Now, the town, they point and sneer,"At last, karma's here, my dear,Halland's fortune, down the drain,A fitting end for one so vain."Halland, once so bold and brash,Now reduced to dust and ash,The taunter, now the taunted,By his own bad attitude, he's haunted. From this tale a lesson glean,In others' suffering, do not preen,For karma has a way to balance,And a bad attitude may meet its challenge.

In the land of Halland, a man with great zeal,Obsessed with his shares, he couldn't conceal. One fine day, the price rose, to his delight,But alas! It was tiny, just three pence in sight! He danced and he pranced, like a playful hare, Believing his fortune was beyond compare. His friends couldn't fathom, his ecstatic glee,For a rise so small, it seemed absurd, you see.

Arthur, the money went on developing West Kytlim to the point where it is a producing mine that no longer requires further investment and is now self-funding.

Can someone answer a question for me?

At the end of 2021 EUA had £22m in the bank.

At the end of 2022 EUA had £5m.

Where did all the cash go?

I liked that AGM very much.
Especially how they are still looking forward with the speaking of the new CEO to come in after the sale of assets.
Liked too a dividend is also forthcoming after that sale.

Very positive that the date of this year was given for sale settlement.
Sufficient cash left for the remainder of the year, until we sell.

As I said before, we LTH have nothing to worry about...put your feet up.😊

Glory to the Ukraine 🇺🇦

I think the AGM was good, but the share price lost all gains as resolutions 7 and 8 were not passed. Resolution 8 doesn't matter - it means that an EGM to approve sale of assets will require 21 not 14 days' notice - and so it was illogical not to vote for it in sufficient numbers for it to pass, but anyway... Resolution 7? No one on this board or on LSE has explained what the difference between resolution 6 and resolution 7 is. I don't know for sure. I think it *might* be that resolution 7 relates to pre-emption rights, so that any share issue has to be offered to existing shareholders pro-rata. It might bind the BoD's hands in negotiations to some extent - and could potentially require an EGM to remove this "bind" - if they need to issue equity without a pre-emption provision? This might become a problem. But then again, the problem is entirely created by the BoD's approach to communications. At each point, information has been wrung from the BoD by the Telegram group, which has actively sought out each new licence long before it was RNS'd. We heard today that the Logik case has been settled - at what point did they seek to communicate that to shareholders? Schaffalitzky's 68% vote was a slap in the face - he is 70, but still, maybe even he will realise that having two resolutions turned down was entirely his own fault. I'm hoping resolution won't eventually matter if negotiations are wrapped up this year - and that resolution 8 will delay an EGM to approve a sale by 7 days, but ultimately make no difference.... If I have misunderstood these resolutions, please elucidate! The BoD could well have chosen to issue a video on the website making clear why they needed these resolutions passed, and chose not to do so.... Still, the sale is on track and most likely happening this year.

This was an incredibly positive AGM with good answers to all questions. Sale very likely this year. 40m options for Churakov cancelled. New CEO after the sale.

I think the AGM was on the whole positive.

Await news on resolutions.

Why would anyone vote against allowing an EGM to be called within 14days instead of 21days, that comment I found strange, but I'm sure CS said it was looking like it would not get passed.

TBTT. The Russians have a problem here now. By exiting from the grain deal they no longer can inspect the ships. They also cannot attack flagged ships in sovereign waters such as Rumania. They cannot even get their military ships nearby because the Ukrainians will sink them if they get within 100km of the coast. They are going after the port facilities because they know that they actually cannot stop the ships without declaring war on NATO (something Putin would never do). But they have the same problem with port facilities as with energy infrastructure. They have too few missiles, defences improve and repairs are done. Actually 30% of Ukraine grain goes to China. By far the largest amount.

I think a lot of people in Africa will mind the Russians doing it - or should. Countries like Egypt (huge population) are very heavily dependent on cheap Ukrainian grain to feed their impoverished masses with government subsidised bread. This could easily lead to riots and revolution there. With the added bonus (from the Russian POV) of sending a tidal wave of starving refugees towards Europe.
The Russian plan seems to be to knock out the Ukrainian export facilities, and then to replace Ukrainian grain with their own exports. That won't work, of course - nobody is going to let them get away with such a plan. Don't be too surprised if a couple of cargo ships / oil tankers hit "drifting" mines off Russian Black Sea ports. Remember what happened to Nordstream.

Very interesting that Russia are using their ever decreasing stockpile of missiles to hit silos and warehouses of grain. I don’t think the Ukrainians will mind that. Much better than their military industries.

AGM won't be announcing a sale that's for sure. More like the usual hints of everything will be fine in the near future, or is that shortly.
