Though that post is obviously bonkers, the fact is that *any* justification for the valuation is necessarily bonkers. EUA have 1.9moz of mostly indicated Pd-dominant resource with no DFS or indeed any proof it is even economic to mine. Previous transactions and peer valuations in the sector tell us MT is worth zero and any suggestion that it will sell for anything remotely close to the current mcap is *deranged*, no matter what the justification given. So an absurd fantasy of a bidding war post FSP failure is in fact no more absurd than believing in the 'sale' in the first place. It's bonkers no matter what.

Jubbing:

Leaving aside the fact that once again all you have is rank speculation, they could come out and say that there's 100moz JORC resource at NKT and it would still come nowhere close to justifying the current mcap. PGM resources in the ground are just not worth very much and indeed they are worth *zero* without a DFS. Let alone in Russia.

flavio....sorry but nothing has happened on EUA for a few hours and I was busy at ENET that is now up 30% in the last 6 trading days.

Attention back. Wonder if there will be a late dump that will drive the rise down a bit. Quite often happens. Nothing like a little rise post complete carnage drop to get the believers to get into a froth of insanity....like....:

I am starting to wonder if we are entering a form of bidding war here for EUA.

It seems possible to me, watching the recent share price gyrations, that one party perhaps wants the price down so that they can 'low ball' offer on certain assets such as MT and NYUD whilst the other party is pushing it up by buying shares in the market. This would be likely in order to eventually buy the lot by offering for EUA in totality.

Russian/Japanese group vs US based group perhaps?

It is one way to make some sense out of these share price gyrations.

Just my musings and all imho.

Didnt need your life story! Just saying if you're that convinced that it's going down to 2p then there is no need to hedge. I'm fully convinced of the upside and will hold firm to the end.....much more credible.

I think the BOD have always tried to protect EUA from a hostile takeover. If stake-building they do not need to report immediately and they could of course use proxies/third parties to shield their move. They may also have agreements in place with existing large shareholders so that they will transfer ownership on x date in the future.

If such a group are not UK based are they truly bound by UK law. There is potentially a lot of money at stake here.

Yeah, just had a look at the comparison between ENET and EUA over the last 3 years.Not a lot to boast about there. No wonder he's not retired.....
