Unlike the other pm's and derivative mkts ... one big suppressed fix trying to unwind,
Palladium has to be delivered now, for burgeoning transport economy's,
anyone the wrong end of a supply contract had better get on his bike and find what is already in deficit,

Big step up there, presumably tripped a load of limit sell orders. Next wave may be more successful.

Eurasia never hid deep mine potential at MT, they just didn't drill that deep to keep costs low.

Phase one was always to find low depth low cost open pit zone to get us off the ground then fly from there.

Prudent strategy in my opinion.

Then also you'll have to factor in that EUA's reserves are all shallow open cast mining. A lot of NAP's reserves are now underground. Totally different economics, also wages in Russia are much lower than those in north America. So its hard to do a direct comparison on economics either. MT is likely to be a cash cow compared to NAP's asset.

Ed.

Beast,

The thing is about NAP is though they've an advanced mine and already have produced some of their reserves. But how much upside they have beyond that 2.3m Oz isn't that clear from the Oct '19 tech report. From the recent releases from EUA and their website suggesting higher grade potential below the pit and along strike, as well as the 15m Oz, suggests that EUA has significantly more potential to increase that reserve position by just continuation drilling and some slightly deeper holes beyond the shallow 200m.

Regards,
Ed.

CC,

All MT's flanks are the areas that they had to relinquish to get the ML. For the ML they could just apply for the areas containing the discoveries. Then they're allowed first refusal on the surrounding 5km. These are areas they previously held as expo licences as far as I'm aware. DS commented on these flank areas in the last interview. Both of these pits are open at depth and directional too.

"The Loipishnune Area in the southeast was previously developed as a distinct target of lower grade PGM over wider intervals. Two lodes, lodes 1 and 2, were identified in 2008 and were drilled to a strike length of 750m and 420m respectively, and to a vertical depth of circa 200m. This podiform mineralisation reaches grades of 3.58 Pt+Pd over 15m."

"An exploration license application adjacent the mine was lodged in September 2019. On strike continuation of known ore bodies may be explored"

Its not just guess work for sure, they were finding higher grades down to 200m, but they're not found the total extent of the strike length nor carried out the deep drilling. Therefore they haven't as yet proven the limits of these discoveries. The 1.9m Pd eqv (plus copper and nickel) may only be scratching the surface. The 15m Oz wasn't just picked out of the air. DS did mention other discoveries too, probably drilled by Anglo back in the day.

Regards,
Ed.

Anticipated move from 3-4p does remind me of wilder beast all congregated for days daring to cross a river seeing their rich migratory habitat on the other side, a small charge and it will be all over

WK news isn't far off, and based on previously reported 55kg total for part year I don't think many have high expectations.

I do think that now with 100% of revenues, our own team and plant, and money to throw at rapid development, WK should add lots of value.

However, I think WK will go the same way as MT, rolled out into a separate company with Eurasia retaining a sizeable minority interest.

Same at STP.

Next project please.
