30/10/2019 06:20 | From EUA interim report 2019 Monchetundra flanks application. As per Russian subsoil licensing legislation, the holder of a mining right is granted an automatic and exclusive right to apply for exploration tenements directly adjacent to their approved resource. Eurasia have previously utilised this right in application for exploration ground adjacent to the West Kytlim project. After desktop studies and analysis of available literature a final perimeter was agreed for the Monchetundra flanks application in August 2019, and an application submitted to the relevant authorities on 23rd September 2019. The Monchetundra deposit is comprised of two separate deposits namely the Loipishnune and West Nittis deposits - both of which demonstrate clear on-strike continuation of mineralisation beyond the limit of the current approved reserves | mhin2

30/10/2019 04:07 | Wasn't the interview conducted at 16.30 so after close, meaning the rns will be out before trading resumes? Anyway, consider this...the Sinosteel subcontract of $50m comes to us but we return $26m as our 15% equity contribution. We get the remaining $24m, part of which may be paid out as special dividend, maybe a penny per share! Then the fun begins because MT is officially in development, and if we are spending $176m on phase 1 which will produce 140k Oz pa PGMs what is the value of MT, and what may someone bid? Then add phases 2 and 3 over 30 years. Now how much is it worth? £75m mkt cap? Seriously? | excellance

29/10/2019 22:36 | Reminder in last A/c's EUA had £20m of tax losses brought forward. That's worth more than the mkt cap was just a week ago!!! Makes me feel a deal at corporate level more likely than just selling assets. That's good for shareholders as it's a cleaner exit... | bobby1904
29/10/2019 22:23 | BBC news anchor tweeting about EUA. I think we are in for a good day ;-) | big fish
29/10/2019 22:18 | How does this work if your working abroad and trading/investing? I work abroad and only home around 6 weeks of the year. My income is tax free is this the same with investments? | lgraham86
29/10/2019 21:58 | Jammydodger your post 28960 - there's nothing you can do about it AFAIK, short of dubious tax avoidance measures possibly - which are normally only available to millionaires. You will simply have to pay CGT on the amount of profit you make above the CGT-free threshold (£12k) in the current tax year. If you want you can also transfer some shares into your ISA. If you think EUA will be around for the next few years you can transfer a percentage of your shares (an amount which means your bed-and-ISA tax liability stays below £12k) into the ISA each tax year- that way you won't pay any taxes - bit it's slow obviously,, and in any case we may not get the choice if there is a buyout before 5th April + you will have an enforced taxable capital gain. Still, paying 20% VHT on a massive gain is not too painful in my experience! Get some independent tax advice as well. No advice intended etc | cyberbub |
