jammy - if I had to pay CGT on my EUA holdings I would simply draw down the maximum allowance every year for the next 25 years or so and transfer the maximum into an ISA every year as well. Makes all the difference to hold in an ISA cos there's no tax at all to pay!

jammy - I would put the maximum into an ISA and take your capital gains tax allowance. Don't know what it is these days as I no longer have an ordinary trading account.

So,how much profit is WK making, and how much of that will be paid as a dividend?

How much will MT fetch and what special dividend could come our way?

Then there's Sinosteel money...

The mind boggles with all the variables and zero"s

Whatever, 3p is still silly cheap!

Charles Clore - ISA.
Yes I am in enviable position, though through sad news, due to a death, I now have up to £100,000 to utilise via an APS which can be put into an ISA over and above £20,000.
Thing is, I haven't got "that much" but nice to know it's there to be used. Have put about £50k already in ISA this year as a result of the APS and if anyone is in the same boat, i.e. having suffered a bereavement of your other half who had ISA investments then I highly recommend you use it. I think there is a time limit but it has assisted my purchase of 1/2 million now of these shares although I have left half in trading account.
My plan [with EUA] is to [hopefully] make a profit equal to CGT allowance, sell and buy back (Bed 'N ISA) thus continuing in the ISA.

As I say, just mentioning this if anyone is in same position and as a lot of people don't know about APS's. Even the banks look blankly at you when mentioned.
oh, for anyone who doesn't know - Additional Permitted Subscription.

Look at North American Palladium's sake to Impala 2 weeks ago. Very comparable co. CAD$1 billion paid in cash. Equivalent to c.23p for Eurasia. That's the benchmark deal.

Know Penn very well and I can tell u guys one of the most kindest person you could ever meet and has helped me over the last few months while I get my finances in order as I am going through trying to remortgage the house to pay off debts.... He has been buying,buying/averaging down for so long and not sold a single share until this week and ONLY due to major commitments which we both know about. He has backed his analysis and is now reaping the rewards and well deserved along with the other long termers here, well done and enjoy!!!!!

For anyone holding these in an ordinary trading account with unused ISA allowance, I would get some transferred over pronto before they go up too far. Mine are all in an ISA, mind you I've been in this game a long time!
