LGraham personally I rarely of ever set limit sells or stop losses - I just keep a close eye on trading and sell or buy when I want to. As you say the LS/SLs don't always work and the brokers usually say in the small print that they don't guarantee them. But worse than that is if you set a stop loss it may be published to the market and the MMs might flash the share price down to trigger your sale and then straight back up again - called "shaking the tree" - that's happened to me a couple of times and I have watched an share price run northwards after I was stopped out. But whatever works for you anyway.

My experience of miners is always this, it doesn't matter how much resource/reserves are in the ground, it's how much it's worth after all mining costs once out the ground.

This is the key when you consider palladium is at $1800 and 70% up for the year.
It's now worth a hell of a lot after all mining costs.

i think the success here is draining cash out of other small miners as people sell to pile in here!

that will lead to good value opportunities elsewhere in coming weeks.

Cheers mate i wont! Always learning and researching! Only thing worrys me is you set stop losses with brokers and they dont execute lol! Ive still got alot to learn! Im just a daft electrician learning something else bud . Good luck too

Nice finish - almost 80% up for the day - substantial buys still coming in at 1.90p into the close... Let's see if we can break through 2p tomorrow?At some point there will be a natural pullback and everyone will start panicking - but if you look at the very strong evidence that MT is about to be sold for 5p+, you won't sell... MMs dropping the bid sharply to try and tempt daytraders out IMO - I think there is still strong buying demand - albeit 1.80 seems a bit tough to crack.
