Was out of these as most of my funds in a suspended stock and hoping that comes back soon and my brother's sipp was also devoid of these having held more than 3mill at one stage :(( However alerted by Penn and managed to grab a few around 0.85 and now trying to build a reasonable position when possible as over next weeks/months this will become more and more expensive!!!!

So does this news change the plan regarding Sinosteel?

These banks were probably part of the consortium arranging the Sinosteel finance, so theyve done due diligence and know more than anyone what MT and WK are.

The banks love deals and must think they can make more money for themselves if they can arrange a different deal, probably including finance from them, and involving a third party ie an interested miming group.

My guess is two separate transactions for MT and WK and possibly a third for STP.

The suggestion is that the directors would keep Eurasia going, presumably with a boar load of cash and maybe royalty payments from MT and WK too, keep the London listing, and start on a new project.

The mind boggles.
