Big surge in Next’s online sales reported, can only be a great thing for EVE as well, as the deal with them must surely have benefited along with it’s own online sales growth.

With the market cap at £7.5M here and predicted cash by year end around £6m, I am very happy to be adding at this level and continue to do so. Just re-read the interims and feel the marketing activity in H1 will bolster the remainder of the year as indicated in the trading statement following which 2022 should be set up for a good leap forward. The outlook statement will be very interesting when it comes.

LOL - EC When your a buyer its never lower enough, is it not. When one is a seller, you want it as high as possible, so I guess that is why you hang around here looking to buy low and sell high.

Good Luck if your almost hitting recent lows, as I expect you will be one of the biggest winners when this rockets - and that is likely to happen as soon as we get the info promised by the CEO.

Nothing like having a women running this company and turning the tide since she has been in the driving seat.

Double RNS stating same thing seems odd.Takeover who know?Anyone know Eves sales figures for rest of world? Figures just give split 80 uk ireland 20 Europe. Surely online co would have small sales elsewhere?? Interesting to know.

Well volumes are still very low and have been for weeks now but there are still a few sellers around, which at this level is surprising bearing in mind the last RNS and we know we are getting another update in January - maybe very soon.

I guess it could even be they have issued the share number RNS twice because there could be someone sniffing around and the share price might have been held down to make a deal seem attractive at say 6p if your right f r w l.

Thinks this will head rapidly north ahead of update also hearing of significant m&a activity about to occur in this sector, big co/ private equity want a slice eves strong online presence fits the bill nicely. Think it would be taken out a big premium from here. Directors know that, market will soon play catch up.

Odd that they would issue the same RNS as yesterday about the share numbers.

It could be about to move as I noticed a reasonable size buy at 2.8p - few more like that and the MM will move it up I expect.

I might add as funds become available as the next RNS should be positive imo.

I wonder how early In Jan 2022 the CEO will give us a more detailed breakdown, as promised.

Been watching the trials and tribulations of the company over last 3-4 years and for obvious reasons just not got bothered to get involved until now. The last set of news and significant director purchase sends a clear signal that the balance of probability is very heavily weighted to a profitable and strong growth from now onwards. The sleep wellness market is growing rapidly and will be huge. In the past this was just seen as a mattress business, adding all the additional sleep related products was a very smart move that de risks business and will produce strong growth. Sleepaway range was inspired decision and a unique product early figures bear this out. Out of interest was watching Sky news yesterday morning and just before main news at 10 and 11 am the advert for Eve's dancing sloth came on. Can't imagine these ads are cheap but did some research and discovered they reach 25m homes per month in uk, 92 m in Europe with a total of 138 countries reached in total. Impressive the Sloth could become a global marketing icon. Anyway let's see the next set of figures for confirmation turnaround complete,all to play for with current tiny mkt cap.

Thanks for your input and insight PD but the very positive numbers in the last RNS provides the best answer, as I expect the next update next month will confirm imo.

Add to that some of the previous RNS and the Chairman’s buying and I don’t think it will leave much doubt that EVE’s CEO knows what she is doing and the business is looking to the future with confidence, and then I expect investors will be trying to get hold of stock, and this thread will have its full share of negative posts as they think that by posting their posts they can effect the share price and pick up stock from doubters on the cheap.
