Expiry of Employee Share Options and Date of Annual General Meeting

eServGlobal Limited (ASX: ESV & LSE: ESG) announces that 1,000,000 share options issued under the Company's Share Option Plan in February 2011 have expired.
The issued share capital remains 196,847,706 ordinary shares and the number of options under the Company's Share Option Plan (not listed) is now 5,710,000.
The Company also advises that it will hold an Annual General Meeting at 11.00am on 28 March 2012 at Level 4, 60 Carrington Street, Sydney.
