oh i see the interims from sept 06 giving revenue and costs from jan to june

2006 when the company was just starting and presumably had start up costs

well that was worth waiting for

some people just want to see gloom everywhere

The cost of sale was due to our friend from everest coming and promoting the product, you have to speculate to accumulate, and this is paying off in sales and is continuing to pay off, when a share rises so quickkly there will always be short termers, we are still 30% up, manon seems to think there is some announcement due end of feb, lets wait and see.

No idea but look at the interim results, cost of sales was higher than sales, now that's not a good business. You're basically selling your goods for less than it costs to produce.

Clearly the more you sell the easier it should be to drive the margin down, but my point is that this is yet to be proven and sales are irrelevant unless they can translate into profit, or at least show they are on the way to getting there.

I would suggest that what they need to demonstrate is that they can turn this fast growing sales into a profitable business. At the moment margins and admin costs easily outweigh the positives until they prove otherwise

as the april rns states $12 million gauranteed over 3 years we can assume payments are already made or we will get a glimpse of the figures when the rns comes with the contracts in the usa

I stand corrected manon, Have tried to research MBA, mba management INc seems to be a recruitment agency, as mba security LLC is a wholy owned subsid you would expect a link on there website but could not find one, I also researched Chantilly where MBA security is suposed to be based, can't find anything anyone know anything about this outfit.

The contract was signed in April '06, RNS doesn't specify when the 3 year period starts, but assume the clock is ticking..... ;-#))

well todays rns says several 6 figure deals from the usa they could be 2 or 3 worth 999,999 each glad im in people really need to start reading the rns,s this will take-off very soon its all there in black and white

just reread it and it does say guarenteed 12mio minimum sales in first 3 years

however don't expect the majority of this to come until later

Sorry Manon I thought MBA projected $3-4mil sales not twelve mil but it is a while since I read the rns, I don,t remember the word guarantee being used 74graham.
