We could know who is on the SLG for a start. As far as I know that is nothing to do with any communication from Oando, unless Oando picks who is running the SLG. The questions regarding the nuke hoax is also nothing to do with communication from Oando is it? They're questions to the SLG not to Oando.

To me that looks like bordering on libel but hey ho we are all entitled to our opinion. I don't intend to get into an argument over this as it's bad enough losing an awful lot of money here. The SLG can only report when there is something to report but if EEL's paymasters have cut the communication cord by the looks of things what else can the SLG do? The nuke option maybe I don't know?
Should we storm EEL's offices demanding a payout?
I know what I'd like to do.

Personally I have no reason at all to think other than OER still owns 81.5% and minorities 18.5% , of which >10% is under the mandate of the SLG>

This means we have the right to called a meting at any point.

It is very clear the EEL , under the control of OER, has no intention whatsoever to call and AGM , irrespective of their obligations to do so.

This means the SLG needs to call a GM, the problem here is that OER will say "OK, it will take place in the BVI".

The primary question I would ask od the SLG is "what are we waiting for". Oando always have an answer to this, be it elections, CP deal, or some other nonsense so it would just be nice to know exactly what the supposed hold up is right now in terms of striking a deal with the minorities.

I don't see why they don't want to secure 100% ownership in a simple transaction, other than the rationale that the long awaited debt / equity swap then dilution to zero gets closer every day...........

I surely cannot be the only shareholder tired of the disgraceful slurs against the few SLG who spend their own time and effort working for OUR benefit. And then those of you making these unnecessary and wholly unsubstantiated claims have the temerity to wonder why the SLG don't seem to post on here very often.... I wonder why.

GD2, the time, effort and even expense put in by certain EEL SLG members is no excuse for leading other long term and loyal EEL SLG members down the garden path while cutting ones own deal with the possible intention to leave via the EEL SLG back door once the time is right to do so.

Should and I stress SHOULD!!! this be the case, I certainly wouldn't say good luck, but shame on them for abusing the trust EEL SLG members put in them.

How times change. It used to be that the end was only 2 months away. Now it's 2 months to wait for an answer that doesn't answer anything. looking increasing like a few have used the 10% to cut their own deal but then again they did put in the time, effort and expense and the 10% passively complied. If true how do the rest of the 10% feel about that? Personally I say good luck to them for having the balls to do it and shame on the rest, including me. If it could be confirmed then everyone can learn their lesson and move on. It would also be nice to have confirmed that the nuke was just a hoax and part of the ruse.
